I went shopping at Win Co, in Gresham, Oregon. I went to pick up some hamburger. The package was all bloody from the hamburger leaking thru the bottom of the package, my hands got bloody from the hamburger. There were no santizers wipes or ? I then had to put my bloody hand on the cart handle. I wasnt to happy especially with all the germs etc going around. I said something to the meat package butcher and he just ignored me. I got a hold of the store manager, she said very little and didnt seem the least concerned. There is no excuse for filthy contaminated grocery carts. Pictures, will be sent to Multnomah Co. GREAT PRICES! WONDERFUL STAFF! WELL STOCKED! :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I am moving soon and I am honestly sad that I will have to start going to a different Winco! Such a shame! The ONLY downside is that this store is absolutely packed between 2p.m.-10p.m. M-F and consistently packed on the weekends. It is so bad that I have had my cart taken twice now and I also get things taken out of my cart by people whom I am assuming are too lazy to go find their own. However, this is not Wincos fault, so I will not take away from their rating due to this.

lol anyone who says the bottle return isnt working obviously cant read. The bottle return has been closed since last November since the new return facility went in down the street. I like that their prices beat Wal-Mart by a lot and that theyre open 24 hours. I highly advise against shopping there during high peak times (3-7pm any day, 1st-10th of every month). If you do go, you have no one to blame but yourself for the long wait times.

The prices here are almost always cheaper than everywhere else in the area, and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful every time Ive needed everything. Its generally clean and well stocked as well. The only downside is that you will end up in a long line at the checkout no matter what time or day you go to shop. Morning, night, midnight, end of the month, middle of the week, it doesnt matter. You will always wait.

Super Star Customer Service! I stopped in because I lost a receipt 5 days ago that I really needed. Gave them very little information and within 10 minutes they had a copy printed out for me. They went above and beyond to help me. Regardless of how busy there day was and not to mention the begining of the month, but they got it done quick!! A million thank yous to Chris, Didi & Tracy

Went today, the morning of a snowstorm, and it was packed!! The line to pay went to the meat section in the back of the store. They had every single register open, and a manager directing people into smaller lines. The cashier was super friendly even though she must have been exhausted. Despite how insanely busy it was we were in and out pretty quickly. They were awesome.

equal to walmart prices, but they are a co-op and pay their employees better. also, meat is much better than walmart they take only debit cards or cash, so if you need to use a credit card, plan on going someplace else. I wish they had a credit card, they way walmart does, since they dont TAKE credit, and my business pretty much runs on credit cards.

Note that, most old reviews have had their problems alleviated. There are new self checkout stations that make lines much more bearable, and new shopping carts that are far cleaner, with less wear and tear. Meats are much cleaner, customer service more responsive and helpful. There really is no place better to shop now, prices are just as great as ever!

Pro: Very good (best?) prices. Good selection. Lots of bulk bins. Uncrowded aisles. Take out pizza. Clean. Helpful staff. Open 24hrs. Con: Long lines at registers. No Express lanes. Very cluttered front sidewalk. In-store bakery products are far below local standard. Bottle return area is often not functioning.

Its kinda creepy you used my info to do this. I was there last night. No one asked my name. Took info off my card to ask me to rate you less than 11 hours after I was there. Shopping was fine. Bathroom was FILTHY .prices good but overall I think you guys are kinda creepy doing this.

Not always the cleanest location, because its inexpensive and that tends to have some non considerate shoppers. But, the prices really cant be beat, especially if you buy things in the bulk section. Winco is terrific for saving money and the employees are very helpful.

Typical Winco with all the same foods and deals, but when did this location become a magnet for meth heads and ex druggies? I couldnt believe how many cracked out people I saw here. I much prefer the 122nd and Halsey location.

Good food, but make sure to get there early. A lot of people grab up the really fresh produce at this location.
