We called in an order to go, they never took our names and hung up, when we arrive we confirm that we placed an order over the phone and watch numerous people who came in after get their food before us. Whe. We finally got our food, the order was wrong and the lady working there rudely told my wife that we didnt order what we said we did then tried to charge us again.....they were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and we will never go back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The orders are wrong about as often as they're right oddly and service is super slow. You have to.pay extra for spice but without spice the food is really bland. But be careful they don't douse the food in red bean paste making it inedible unless you were raised on it. Portions generous and I always order to go, then go take a walk and come back.

Didnt enjoy the experience the past few times, they dont listen to "no vegetables" and they over charge you for stuff. I sat in their lobby trying to figure out how they got the price I got and nothing matching up. Worst place to go if your in the mood for teriyaki in downtown Puyallup.

Lunch specials until 3 p.m. nicely sized you do end up taking a little home however the lady who works the register is always rude every time cut you short horrible phone etiquette and now theyre charging for chili sauce she keeps all sauces except for soy behind the counter

Pretty much just one of your standard teriyaki places in the Seattle area. Service wasnt bad, prices werent bad and the portions were good but there wasnt anything special that would make me recommend this place over the loads of other options out there for teriyaki.

I Love It!!! ok, yes, there is a bit of a wait. The food is all worth it. They always overload, giving you more than enough.Everything is fresh, and filled with flavor.Ive NEVER been disappointed with anything from Kyoto.

Its been 20 years I think. The best I have had. Should go for the special dinners like Mongolian beef. Its not 3/4 white onions with beef. Its green onions beef, great sauce on a bed of those white puffed rice things.

Food is good, but service is horrible. So Slow! You call in an order they tell you its going to be 15 mins, and then you wait another 15-20 for your food. Too much trouble for what you get.....

I might be a little biased but Ive been coming here for well over a decade. Good food, good portion sizes and decent prices. The staff are pretty friendly and they recognize regulars.

the orange chicken is delicious as well as everything else!!!!!! i eat here as much as is possible.servings are large and the lunch special from 11-1 i think? is very economical.

A little expensive, but worth it. These guys take their time and Ive never been disappointed with the food. My go to is the spicy chicken teriyaki. Avoid the wait and call ahead.
