Terrible rating by Thurston County health inspector. From June 8, 2016: "Red — At time of inspection, the handwash sink was dry and unused, and no paper towels were in dispenser. Gloves not being used by food workers and no evidence of previously used gloves was found. Fried fish and raw shrimp was being stored at room temperature. Blue — Woks and wooden cooking spoons were not fully cleaned and sanitized for reuse. The three-compartment sink and the dishwasher were not set up for proper dishwashing."

Great pho for lunch with good add ons. Table could have been wiped down better. A little sticky mess left behind. Bathrooms are mediocre.
