I have been debating writing this review because sometimes poor service is cirumstancial. Its weighed heavy on me though, so here goes. For the very 1st time in my entire life I left a big fat ZERO as a tip. We had a party of 5. We were slow to be seated and no acknowledgement that we were even standing there. Once seated we got drinks pretty fast and our orders were taken in a decent time frame. Thats where it all went downhill. It took roughly 35 minutes to get food, not such a big issue because it has to cook (calzones, spaghetti, and a pizza sandwich). The problem was not even once in that 35 minutes did someone check on us. We were literally the ONLY people seated a table and maybe 3 or 4 people at the bar. We all had empty cups at that point and loudly joked about how thirsty we were! 35 minutes without a single check in is horrible service. When we finally did get our food, we didnt have silverware. We did get it pretty quick though. We were checked on once while eating. Paid our bill and left disappointed. I should point out that my daughter, one of our party that day, has been a server for 8 yrs!! I do not take leaving no tip lightly! A suggestion ... possibly offer the salad while waiting for food. It would have been nice to been eating salad while waiting and it would have brought our waitress to our table at least once! We likely wont come back unless maybe for the buffet where we can serve ourselves.

Seriously, avoid this place. Had some business in Tumwater and we decided to stop by for lunch. This was 12:00 on a Saturday, sat right down no wait, all seemed well. Ordered a 16" BBQ chicken pizza for $24, seemed a bit steep but I gave it a chance. After waiting for 15 minutes the waitress drops off a few plates, absolutely disgusting and covered in grease, 15 minutes later our crap pizza arrives. I ask the waitress for clean plates, she leaves for a minute and brings back 2 less greasy plates and proceeds to tell us that "they get this way after awhile", your right, they do if you dont wash them properly. The pizza had no discernible chicken, it was overloaded with BBQ sauce, worst of all the crust was so chewy you could barely get through it let alone eat it all. I would guess they use a cheap frozen dough, although I have eaten better pizza out of my freezer, and they have no idea what they are actually serving. I am not one to leave reviews, but this place really sucked and I would hate too see anyone else waste their money. I will say that the waitresses, although very misguided on what the word "clean" means, were very nice. Best of luck yall.

Just ordered a Cesar salad with steak to go ...the server was awesome the food not so awesome...was very expensive but it was a family size..with steak almost $20.00 just for salad...topped with steak ...and family size only meant a "to go" oddly enough it took quite a while to prepare this salad, which is why you should just stick to pizza at a pizza restaurant...but while we waited we managed to spend a large amount in the bar...so it ended up being a 57.00 dinner... But as I said the staff there is awesome...our server was so attentive ...i want to make sure to acknowledge them...5 stars all the way...from the moment you are greeted they are all welcoming and attentive So just because there was a "Glitch" with food and drink portion...the staff is great...just dont order "to go"

Its been years since I popped in this place. Last night my wife and I stopped in and I gotta tell you, i was pretty disappointed we were there for over an hour for just 1 pizza. There was maybe 6 people in the bar and then 2 other people out in the main area. We ordered bread sticks and asked for an extra sauce the the girl just brought us the extra sauce we ordered and no marinara. The pizza was tasteless we ordered the "white" it was just chicken and bread.. very little other toppings and the sauce was bland. Kinda crazy its $24! I could go on, but I think my point was made. It also took forever for her to refill my soda and a good 15 minutes for her to cash me out and bring me my card back. Hopefully, if I ever go back, I dont have an expierence like that again.

We have been regulars for a couple years now, occasionally our bill has charges for drinks we didnt have, it has been brought to the attention of the bartender, and with some attitude made right. Once I didnt get charged for a drink we did have,this too was brought to the bartenders attention and fixed. Now, two weeks running we have come in, 4 of us, and after 15 minutes of being ignored completely, no hello, be right with you, no eye contact, nothing, have left. Wont be back. Sad since we were regulars and met our friends there at least twice a week. I wont put the bartenders name on media, but you know who it is and was working on this night. This type of retaliation towards paying customers would not be tolerated at my place of business.

Put in an application to work there. Called the next day to talk to the manager, the girl who answered was very rude and sounded very angry. Told me that it was lunch, a bad time to call because it was busy, and the manager would get pissed off if I called during such busy hours and asked for the manager, it makes me wonder if it was the manager. She said call after two and then slammed the phone down, without a word after I said okay thank you. I certainly dont want to work in that kind of environment nor do I want to eat in that kind of environment, especially after reading about the over priced greasy pizza and mediocre service.

There coustomer service was horrible was not busy at all it took 15 minutes to get seated even thou there was empty tables took another ten minutes to order our drinks took another ten to get them then they forgot one of our orders and the pizza we ordered didnt get there till the rest of our party was almost done eating and the manager Naomi was just rude came up and said it was our fault that our pizza came so late and just wouldnt listen like a manager should no apologies for them forgetting one of our orders definitely will not be returning I was there with my family today8-27-16

Good food. However, we went in during the lunch buffet and there was 5 pieces of old pizza under the lamp, a couple handfuls of salad, no ranch, and cold pasta. When they were told the ranch and salad were out they took their sweet time to take care of it even though there were 6 people in line. After 20 minutes and the mistakes were fixed the food was good. But my soda never got refilled. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the good salad and pizza, never had the chance to try decent pasta. Server was Anna, awful service. She did give a discount due to our dissatisfaction.

Came on a Saturday at lunch time. Had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. We were a party of three. When we were seated I had a hard time understanding what took so long because the place was nearly empty. There was another large party waiting to be seated for longer than us. They left after they waited for about an hour and were not seated. Staff was not friendly and unapologetic. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. I cant wait to see what restaurant moves in when this place goes out of business.
