Probably the worst food Ive had in olympia. Terrible service too. It was so bad I couldnt finish it. I got the Philadelphia roll and spicy tuna roll. And what they did to this poor fish was inexcusable. The salmon in the Philadelphia roll was gray and rubbery. Disgusting. And the spicy tuna roll offended even further. This poor tuna was slathered in a sweet, citrusy spicy glaze that was so gross as to render the whole roll inedible. I couldnt stomach another bite. We paid and left in a hurry, the grumpy waitress never inquired about the meal or the uneaten food. My first and last time. AVOID. Koibito is the place to go.

This was a great find in Olympia. We were craving a good lunch and we found a great lunch spot that had that hole in the wall feel with excellent Japanese food. Upon ordering our terayaki beef and chicken plates we were given a little salad as a little starter appetizer. The terayaki plates were just right--a bit sweet and a bit savory. I highly recommend this spot for good Japanese food...as least in the terayaki department.

I love this place! They have great lunch specials that give you a ton of food for a great price! My daughter loves the yakisoba. Ive never been disappointed with a meal at Fuji. Their food is consistently good and the staff is very nice. Great place for sushi!

The outside of the building doesnt look great but the food is absolutely worth the walk through the door. I had the salmon teriyaki, it was so good.

Staff wasnt very personable, the beef teriyaki was alright, but could have had bigger portions, and better flavor for how much it cost.

Amazing! Sweet lady at the counter. Vegas rolls were spot on. Spicy chicken was fantastic. I will certainly be back.

Great little spot for a quick lunch. Really good teriyaki and a huge selection of sushi. Prices are very reasonable.
