I think these might seriously be the next burgers Ive ever had! High quality meat. Flavor profiles are pretty basic, no auteur ingredients to confuse the newly DIY restaurant goer, and the fries are heaven (get the small. Seriously. Unless 3+ people are sharing it). This place is clean as a whistle, the staff are friendly, and I generally feel pretty happy after I eat there! Why the 4 stars, then? While the store is pretty easy to enter in my wheelchair, I basically feel like there is ONE spot I can sit at and not worry people are going to knock into me. Is there some way to widen the aisles in the seating area?

The meat is worth five stars all by itself. The never frozen lighty formed hamburger patty cooked hot till the edges have a slight crunch but center is soft and juicy. Its hamburger ecstacy. I get all the toppings with extra pickles. The fries are magically delicious as well. People might say its greasy, but its a hamburger and fries for crying out loud. If you dont want grease, eat a salad. Or a really dry overcooked patty... blech! Keep in mind, the regular burgers have 2 patties. The "little" burgers have a single patty. Oh and the the petite fries are more than enough.

Fresh burgers, locally sourced fries and endless customization are the stars of this simple menu. The sheer volume of fries is staggering! Expect a bit of wait at peak times but the staff is friendly and you always get fresh made to order food. A step up from normal fast food.

So, I worked at a different 5 guys all through college. I know the franchise well. This one is incredible! The staff is great & the ingredients/food is better than my store. Katie just made my fries better than I could have made them myself. If youre in West Oly, stop in!

I have tried 5 guys a total of 3 times. All three times the hamburgers are disgusting and soaking in grease. I only had one bite out of my third burger and had to throw it away. I wish I could give negative stars.

Always great. My wife and I get the bacon burger in a bowl and we love it. We enjoy getting our veggies grilled every time. The staff here are friendly and courteous. The restaurant is very clean. We will be back.
