Zero star actually. DO NOT GO. Unfriendly to passing travelers. Specially to minorities. Workers are lazy, unhygienic and RASICT. The place was dead and the workers looked like they did some dope or something since they just kept talking to each other while customers wait. As I was paying for my order, I realized I had some cash I wanted to use instead of my card but the transaction already went through which I was totally fine but the cashier just had to add with an arrogant tone " have you EVER used a card before? you know it goes pretty fast?" Wow. Who the F**k say that? I toss the food in the trash in front of them as I left. Its not worth the risk of getting sick over. Dont bother with Albany, just go straight to Eugene.

Just lost my business for a while. Half hour to get through a drive through with a broken down system and a full line of cars, could see employees standing around laughing and chatting while we waited for our order instead of working or you know, getting the food, only to be shorted half the order and be told we would have to wait through that ridiculous, not moving drive through all over again to get the rest of our order. Watched multiple cars back up or drive over the cur s to get out of that mess. Last week we got COLD nacho cheese in cups with our kids nachos, as in fridge cold!

I dont have a problem with the staff here, they have fine attitudes. My problem is that I ask them to replace the meat with beans on items and they say that that is no problem. I even see on the order screen SUB BEANS. They ask, "does everything look correct?", and it does... But 4 different times now (including today) I have gotten my food and ALL ITEMS HAD MEAT. The bigger problem is that I come at lunch and dont have time to drive back to Taco Bell and haggle with the front desk about it. I have to be back at work So good by $7.00 and hello no lunch, its infuriating.

Not sure what Keizer Ray is talking about but the food is way cheaper than Del Taco. Sounds like someone is a disgruntled FORMER employee! Anyways foods alright but they screw up orders 55% of the time so watch out for that. Cheap too. Way cheaper than Del Taco but not as good ill admit that. Goes good with a nice cig so I can see where the managers are coming from. Check it out if you have 30 minutes to get food. Or go to the Mcdonalds, Carls Jr., or Burger King right next to it. Im not your mom pick what you want to eat.

I had a burrito with chicken in it. Woke up at 5 AM with severe food poisoning. Its been a very uncomfortable twelve hours. I very rarely get ill, but I have had food poisoning--the last time was back in the early 2000s. Thanks, Taco Bell Albany, Oregon. My husband told me he has also gotten sick when eaten at your particular venue. I think your staff needs a brush-up in sanitation.

I had the worst "California dumb girl driver moment" the drivethru almost beat me! I could not figured out how it worked or what to do. I a truck hadnt shown up when it did... I might still be there! Gave me extra napkins for my car sick dog and humored me when I was in full exhaustion "Im so funny" state... The foods Taco Bell butdef. A nice unique staff!

I havent been in this Taco Bell for about two months and what a surprise. The restaurant was not clean. The drink section was dirty and the sweet tea container did not work properly. The tables were dirty and the wait time was slow. In the womens restroom, the hand blow dryer did not work. Who ever is the manger has slacked on his or her duties.

Of all the Taco Bells Ive been to (which is a lot - I used to travel daily for work), this one is the most average of them all. My food is usually the way I ordered it, the staff are usually cordial, and the dining area is always clean. When a mistake is made they usually fix it without a fuss. All in all, pretty average.

These idiots want 15$ an hour ..maybe pay them 5 an hour thats what they are worth..they screw my order up 4/5 times and never give utensils for my food .now Im back at work and cant even eat my lunch..last time I will ever go to that place again bye the way i gave one star ..it wont post w/o it..0 stars

Placed order just before nine oclock. Took 10 minutes to get our order. Got home and the order was incomplete. No receipt and no one would answer the phone when I tried to call. Doubt if I will return in the future. Second time I have received lousy service.

This is the worst place ever!!!! Almost 40min waiting for our food, they really didnt care. Everybody was working like in "slow motion" knowing there was like 10 customers waiting for their food, horrible place "DO NOT COME IN HERE"

Nasty attitude from a "not so easy on the eyes" white trash girl at drive through. Dont get mad at the customer because you screwed up the order. Garbage and fast wrappers all over the parking lot and overflowing from containers.

A good manager on duty. Its Taco Bell its not like I am expecting the words best taco. But the service was great. The team working put out a ton of food really fast. I love when a team can keep up when busy. Way to go

Love Taco Bell but Ive been to this franchise twice and both times VB had to wait over 20 minutes and today I waited 20 minutes for my meal and the potatoes in my tacos were cold, like just out of a refrigerator cold.

This place is pretty up to par as far as what you expect from taco bell. The booths are way too small, the baja blast is watery, and the frito burritos are just a buck. Honestly, one of my most favored restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Got my order wrong though, ordered 2 tacos with no cheese they gave me 2 tacos fresco style, kinda annoying. No cheese does not mean add tomatoes.
