The food at Firehouse is awesome and fresh every time. Online ordering with their app is kind of perfect with down to the minute pickup scheduling and the option to reorder previous orders at the push of a button show some serious thought in design. We have only found two complaints with Firehouse 1) the strip mall complex that Firehouse Subs is located in has terrible parking. The big restaurant in the complex (Red Robin) doesnt even have enough to sustain its own parking needs without spilling over into the other businesss curbside parking. Circling the parking lot is common while looking for a spot 14 patrons to have to walk distance. This could be streamlined by dedicating 1or 2 parking spots directly outside the store for curbside pickup. 2) this complaint is small, but significant considering I like to eat here and it annoys me. Firehouse often runs out of large straws, and an employee fills the container marked "large straws" with small straws that dont reach the bottom of the large soda cup offered.

First off, these are pretty dang good subs...but it comes at a price: VERY expensive and service is often glacial slow (at this location). Price: The last large combo I got was $15. $15??! For a fast food sandwich, chips, and a soda! Thats crazy. Service: I stopped in at about 8:30 once to grab a sub the other night. No sitting customers and only a few other people waiting for their to go orders. It probably took 20 minutes to get my sub. Sorry, but thats not acceptable when there were more workers there than actual customers. The work behind the counter looked completely unorganized and uncoordinated. Unfortunately the price and service will weigh against the fact that they are pretty good subs and Ill probably stop going there.

My family and I are all a fans of this place so much. My husband introduced us to these sandwiches. We believe it is better the Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns. Found out today since we are moving to the Tri Cities in Washington that the closest place will be 3 hours away in Vancoover Washington and then the Manager let us in on a secret that in one year they will be in the Tri Cities. These are some of my favorite sandwiches. I got hooked on them when I was in Alabama on a project years ago, but their werent any ok this side of the country. Then they opened a store in Oregon, and I would take the family their any time we were down there for something. Now that they opened this one we concoct a reason to go to Lacey on a random Sunday so that we can eat here. Its still as good as I remember. Short version? Its really good food.

Delicious & great prices! To go, or eating in, is a win. We tried Firehouse Subs in Georgia, and were excited to have a local shop open. I dont think comparing Firehouse Subs to Meconis is possible, theyre both different and delicious, depending on what youre wanting. They beat Jimmy Johns, Subway & Quiznos everytime.

Big subs that fit the bill after a hard days work. Very clean, got a couple of t.v.s for sports or news, quick service(a nice sandwich in under 10 minutes.). Prices are a bit above other sub shops but the portion size is well worth it. I get a large Italian sub as is on the menu and it runs about 10 bucks.

The BEST! Super friendly staff, great service, excellent quality food. You cant compare this type of food to fast food; its not! So dont expect drive-thru quick service. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere while we waited and were so impressed with the quality once our order came out. We will definitely be back!

Maybe it was just extra busy when I came today, but I feel like there wasnt the usual craftsmanship and quality that I have come to expect from this chain. This was my first time at this location. I will try another day and hope that today was an off day.

I have been waiting months for this place to open! Firehouse subs was my absolute favorite in Florida... However I was very disappointed today, It took a half hour to receive my sub... then it was not even correct and the customer service was horrible.

This is my new go to place for a good hot sub sandwich. The flavors are crazy good. Not cheap... well not as cheap as you might expect anyway - but its worth it. They also serve a good cause by donating to local fire departments.

Great hot subs. Very clean. Nice rewards program. Supports the local community. My favorite over Subway any day. Bonus if youre a hot sauce lover...they keep a well stocked area of over 20 different sauces. Give it a try.

This location makes an epic turkey bacon ranch sub. Firehouse Subs is a great alternative to other sub chains like Subway. A good place to grab a quick bit when youre not looking for something complicated.
