I did not expect to be completely obliterated by the gargantuan beast they labeled as a god damn burrito. My body definitely hates to have done this to itself but my soul has never been so pure. At first glance it looks like any other ordinary food truck but a closer review will behold all the Hispanic secrets this 8th wonder of the world holds. Extremely fast service and God quality food. As my molecules were torn apart by the girth of the burrito a Mexican guru appeared to me and held me through the ordeal. He spoke to me in only mariachi trumpet, I have been saved. Thank California tacos for guiding me into a path of destruction and rebirth.

Rude customer service. Like the absolute rudest. Tacos are good, but Ramirez across the street (literally across the street) has better food AND friendly customer service. I used to frequent this taco truck, but due to the rude employees and even ruder owner I will never bring my business here again. Plus, again, bad customer service aside, the food AND service is better across the street at Ramirez, and the prices are comparable if not cheaper at Ramirez. I will always be recommending Ramirez to friends and family and recommending against California Tacos.

I like there food but the prices are a little high and charge you for every little thing you want on a burrito. The men that work there are very nice and I only go when they are working. This is because the blonde haired woman who works there is very rude and over charges me. Very tasty food and offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas, mulitas, sopes, chips and drinks.

I frequent this truck at least once a week. Im telling you, I now have to compare every burrito or taco I order from any other establishment to this place because the food here is so damn good. When I have friends visit from out of town, they always ask if we can go to the taco truck while theyre here. I really cant say enough good things about this place.

I did a call in order, was charged for 4 burritos ALL but 1 burrito was extremely greasy and had no flavor. When I called to tell them the order was wrong the lady told me I ordered 4 burritos and that was not the case. I paid extra for the deluxe but didnt even get it. Usually a good food and service but this time was HORRIBLE.

Im a few weeks away from the veggie burrito becoming a beneficiary in my last will and testament. Really though, this is the best quick burrito stop in town. Any and all of the trucks are a safe bet. Any issues I experienced (small slice of lime in a burrito) are statistically insignificant.

This is the best taco truck in town. Ive been eating there my whole life and they consistently have the most flavorful burritos and seriously for what you get, its so cheap. I have yet to eat a better burrito. For brief periods that Ive moved away from Olympia I missed this place so much...

Best street food I have had since coming from California! ..and trust me its good !...I have spent most of my life eating out of food trucks in Cali ....this ranks in the top 10 ! Price was great and the service was fast ! They have a knack with the langua, it was perfect ...thank you !

Probably THE best Mexican food in Thurston County. Do yourself a favor and try the lengua. Tender, moist and full of flavor. If I had to complain, the salsa on the tacos can be muy picante! If you dont like heat, order them "sin salsa" and go for the green taco sauce in the bottle.

I recently moved to the Pacific Northwest from Az. and have struggled to find great authentic Mexican food. I found it here! Ive only eaten here once so far but Ill definitely be coming back. Their burrito was amazing! Reminded me of Phoenix.

I go here all the time for the Tortas Cubana. They have the best Tortas I have ever eaten! Sometimes they are very busy, but they get the food out pretty fast. The longest Ive waited for food was about eight minutes.
