Went to buffalo wild wings last night around 7:45. Waited for about 15 mins to get seated- to be expected. Our waitress quickly got our drink orders- 3 beers and 2 sodas- and then disappeared for 25 minutes. We spoke to the manager and told him we had not seen our waitress or our drinks for almost 30 minutes. Shortly after we had our drinks and our waitress mentioned that she needed to talk to her manager because she needed help, she then disappeared again without taking our orders. She came back 15 minutes later to get our orders. When our meals arrived we had one tray of veggies for the whole table and the hamburger that was ordered did not have a bun on it. We were again disappointed, the guy who brought us our order was more than helpful getting all of the extras that were needed. We finished our meals and still had not seen our waitress until she brought the check and quickly disappeared. We did not feel like waiting for her to return, which could have taken another hour and we had already been there for 2 hours with a small child that was up way past her bedtime. We walked up to the front where the manager was standing and asked him if we could check out with him, he told us "your server will take your payment" and asked where we were sitting, we pointed to our table and he was able to take our payment. We handed him our check which clearly stated the amount and he charged us the amount for the other people in our party. We were extremely unimpressed by the service, the food or the management and will never return to this location.

First time for us. Excited to use a gift card for an evening out. Because we were first-time patrons, we had to study the sticky (literally) menu before placing our order. There was an uneaten apple fritter pastry sitting on our table which we moved to another table so we could sit down. Loud and crowded - like a "meat market" atmosphere for people wanting to drink and "hook up". Tables were disheveled and hastily cleared, not sure if they were even wiped clean. I ordered the snack size of Buffalo Wings with "mild" sauce and a small dinner salad. Couldnt finish the wings because Ive never tasted chicken so dry and overly breaded and overly deep fried. The "mild" sauce wasnt mild at all, but putrid and disgusting! My salad had limp lettuce and appeared to have been sitting out long before it was actually served. My husband had a larger salad with chicken on it. He was disappointed as well. Not impressed with this place. We will never go back! I accidentally put this in the 5-star rating section and couldnt change it. It should have 0 stars.

Better bring some time...live report: we have been waiting for 47 minutes for wings. 8 minutes ago I asked the manager about the timing. Still waiting for him to come back. This place is deteriorating. Its not our first time here, but for sure the worst. 20 minutes after speaking to the manager, he agreed that "it is bad today". So - after roughly 1 hrs 5 minutes we paid for my beer and left the establishment - hungry. No apology, no concession. Nothing. Disappointing franchise. Dismal management. So much for treating my family to a fun meal. Unless you find a way to respond to this evaluation (if you care - in other words) we will NOT come back. And stop sending us coupons. Sincerely - a neighbor that was excited to see you in our community when you opened the doors. R.

Daily deals at the bar are awesome, I encourage everyone to try them. We like taco Tuesday and going regularly. Since our favorite bartender left the service is going rapidly downhill. Something is missing from the order, they are out of daily special beer (two weeks in a row!), softdrinks arent filled, and extra requests are not accommodated (ie. no jalapenos). Daily special beer cannot be subsituted - dont offer if you dont have it in stock or offer something else for the same price! Dont forget half of our orders and bring the right size. Since we always order appetizers we know how big the bar size and large size should be. In the last 4-5 times you charged large but served bar size nachos! I think well stop going there. It was good until it lasted.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked in, to this location to NO LINE to be seated, however there was a gentleman picking up his to go order. So, I stood there and waited....waited...waited. THEN someone else comes out with dudes food, the guys pays this other person, and continues that transaction through him. So I literally stood there, and watch 1 chick flirt with not only the customer, but her co-worker, another random dude standing behind the counter with his arms crossed, and then the person who was actually doing his job. After realizing that I would not be seated, or get help from these people, I left. Didnt ever sit down, or anything. If you want service, actual service, then I would recommend going somewhere else. Garbage.

Placed a order of wings to pickup- my girlfriend who is a nurse and just getting off a 12hr shift went to pick them up, she brings them home and the wings are only partially covered in sauce - taste like they were old - then microwaved, then slathered with some sauce. These are 18 wings for $20..... Total ripoff. They were very chewy and dry. Called them back, talked to the manager, he was friendly and offered to remake them """"fresh""""" I drove back, grabbed them, get home, try them out and they are only marginally better. Still chewy and dry but at least warm this time. Is this the best they can do?? They even gave me coupons to for my next visit, dont need them, wont ever go back. Anyone want coupons??

Had a craving for some boneless wings, came into Buffalo with my husband on a Sunday night. Surprisingly, the place wasnt dead (even at 10pm) food was meh, service was horrible. Not only was the general demeanor of my waitress poor and made us feel uncomfortable, but she barely checked on us. My drink was left empty practically the whole meal, and she seemed upset when my husband asked for another order of wings and a refill. Not to mention, she was so ready to clean up and close the place, she left us waiting on our check for close to 20 minutes. Spending nearly $40 on just wings and drinks, Id expect a little better from the staff. Needless to say, Ill get my fix for wings elsewhere.

Shitttyyy place! I put a complaint last month because the bartender its rude and made it seem like i didnt pay her when i had put the $50 bill by the recepit she checked it and didnt see it and when she goes after me i go back in with her and there the $50 bill it was infront of her face! Always a bad service when she is there . They used to be so good and i would go there like two-three times a week that i became a regular now i dont go there. Wings and service are bad. I put a complaint and i tried to log into my rewards and i recently saw that they somehow deleted me off the rewards Haha. What a way to treat your customers. Will never go back to that place!
