This is a bit late but last September a bunch of us got food poisoning. It took me out, along with several other co-workers, for a few days. They did a health inspection and found 5 critical violations. Luckily there are excellent alternatives in the area for lunch including mucho burrito and various taco trucks (cheaper and better) on 99. I dont plan to ever come back here. Eat here at your own risk.

The server totally skimped on the meat and when I asked for more ( all I wanted was the full scoop) he charged me for extra meat with out saying anything about it before hand. When I pointed this out he said there was nothing he could do about it and refused to cancel the order. I finally got the charge for the extra meat back but it was not worth the hassle. Rude rude rude and cheats the customer.

I was a little surprised at all the low reviews for this location. I live and work a few blocks from here so I go to this location a lot. I have never experienced low quantity of food nor have I ever become sick from eating there. The experience of this location is pretty much like all the others.

Let me start off by saying that I love TDM and have for years. However, this location is underwhelming, to say the least. The severs are rude and give out very small portions. If you want a made-to-order burrito, drive the few miles down the road to Mucho Burrito or even Taco Time.

The server here totally stuffed this burrito! And she folded it into a perfect cylinder. It got me really excited to eat it. Ha-ha. The free mango salsa is excellent. The pork alone is a little bland, but the other ingredients make up for that. For $6 I am very pleased.

The nickel and diming for guacamole and such is a bit ridiculous. The food tastes good though, so no big complaints but it kind of seems like the burritos you get from this one are a bit smaller than the burritos you might get from another Taco Del Mar.

The two ladies that work there are wonderful. Very pleasant, polite and friendly every time I come in! Food is good too. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is in terrible condition. It would be nice to see it get a little TLC!

Im hungry when I leave and I at least spend $10. They charged me 50 cents for salsa. My guests say they look mad they have to dish out ingredients like they spend too much to serve us it.

Not unfriendly, but not friendly. Too much beans and rice, not enough gaucomole (even tho they charge extra), cheese, sauce, meat. Wouldnt recommend it.
