Just went through the drive through today and ordered a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough. After the employee at the window handed me the blizzard and I drove away, I noticed there wasnt any cookie dough in it. I went back in and explained what happened; I apologized for complaining, but I wanted exactly what I had paid extra for. The guy that was at the counter offered to remake it for me, which I appreciated. Right then the female employee that was working came over and asked what was going on. I explainedp again what had happened and she told me she was just going to give me some cookie dough on the side in a styrofoam cup. She was being extremely rude, and I didnt want to cause a scene so I just said that was fine. Ive come here several times before and Ive never encountered such a rude employee.. Im assuming she is a newer employee. Was very disappointed in said employees customer service.

Weve never had a DQ experience like this one. The $5 lunch has been available all day for a while, except here. Our granddaughters had to get kiddie meals to get a chicken strip meal. Our meals had a little hamburger with mozzarella cheese, fries, and a little sundae 1/2 the size of $5 lunch sundaes at other DQs. The girls could have a free cone or .50 off a Blizzard with their kiddie meals. Those blizzards were $3.69 - .50 and were tiny cups with maybe 1/2 cup of ice cream. The restaurant was clean. A key had to be obtained to use the bathroom.

The food at dairy queen has gotten allot better since I was a kid now they have a wide variety of value menu snacks such as pretzels and BBQ chicken wraps. Another option I really enjoy them adding is now you can get a chicken strip basket with honey BBQ glazed chicken strips, and they were delicious. Also cant forget the ice cream I always go for a peanut buster parfait and butterscotch dilly bars. The wait time in the drive through is very quick and the staff are nice and helpful. The store has been recently remodeled less than a year ago.

Worst experience ever. We were waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes, and could not just back up or get out of line because we were blocked in by the vehicles behind us. Not to mention when we got there they had messed up our order, the cashier was extremely snotty, and when we asked to see the manager he came out shrugging and acting like nothing was wrong and refused to give us a discount on our food even though we waiting way too long- and the order was screwed up. I will never eat here again.

This Dairy Queen is rather close to my house so I like to stop in when I feel like it. However, the service and quality of products have not gotten better over the years. I ordered the 5 buck lunch of 3 piece chicken strips and upgraded my sundae to a small Oreo cookie Blizzard. The 3 "chicken strips" were only the size of McDonalds chicken nuggets, and the Blizzard only had about 3 smashed Oreo cookies in it. Will definitely be finding another Dairy Queen that will give better quality product.

The chicken basket I got was very good, but the ice cream I went there for had a weird fizzy feel, like their was soda water in it. When I complained the worker snarled " You cant eat half your order and exspect a refund." I found this rude as all I was asking for was another banana split, he even could of subsitude the bananna, which wad the half I ate.

I ordered the hot fudge cookie with ice cream at the drive thru window and it was handed to me in an upside down lid with no actual lid on it ironically. Also no bag. Literally just a clear lid with ice cream and a cookie in it. No fork either. The ice cream melted like crazy on the way home. Ridiculous.

Its a decent location. I had hamburgers and other fast food there and it was good. Had blizzard and the strawberry waffle bowl was delicious. Workers arent really nice but I dont really expect that since Im mostly in and out. I dont like to eat there since its an older DQ and doesnt appeal to me.

Very friendly service with a smile. Only downside.... I used the bathroom and within 3 min they were knocking on the door trying to come in. Only advise to them is to allow people to use the restroom without it being intruded.

Good service, but the parking sucks , every stall was full but there was no one inside, they told me there was a batting cage behind them, obviously they dont care about there customers or there would be somewhere to park.

This has happened to me a few times now, I placed my order in the drive thru, I confirmed it with the lady taking my order, she repeated it back to me, and yet they still screwed up my order. Not impressed.

Service was quick and friendly. We ordered an m&m blizzard and a chocolate shake. They did not taste good. There was some kind of aftertaste not normally present. We threw them away.

I went here for my birthday I didnt like it much because wait for a while and if you get extra sauce they charge you and when I went to the restroom the water was freezing cold.

I, personally, think the chicken strips are good. And, when it comes down to it, nothing beats a DQ Blizzard. My personal favorite is Reeses Mint.

Horrible hamburgers. I have gone in about twice a year for the last four years and get an overcooked burger every time. Good ice cream though.
