Went here Sunday saw the open sign and the hours. The lobby was open 15 more minutes according to the sign. So I parked and walked in as l like to give my orders face to face rather than over loud speaker. I was going to place a to go order. The hairy faced man in in 20s came rapidly around from the cook station and counter and told me the lobby was closed that I could not order at the counter. I asked him what was the point of the posted hours; where he informed me the manager would not let him post a lobby closed at 9;30 (I wonder why, genius! Posted hours mean service up until that minute). It was a pretty clear case of a lazy staff wanting to close early. Youve lost a customer over this employee.

Been going to this place for 10 years. I only had 1 problem in all that time. Put my complaint in ( Got a crispy been burrito ordered a beef one ) I got a call from the owner in less than 1 hour. Not only got my next meal free but so did my wife. U cant go wrong going there

If you like waiting 13 - 20 minutes within the drive thru go to this location. 12822 Mukilteo Speedway, Lynnwood, WA 98037 Last two times Ive been there This location broke the record for the longest waiting time.

Slow people, always mess up orders. As we speak Im sitting here in the drive thru for the past 10 minutes at the speak box where the dude cut me off mid order and gave me my total and hasnt responded.

Its fast food so dont expect too much, but Ive always preferred Taco Time to Taco Bell. I just think the food is way better, it doesnt make me feel like crap after I eat it.

When it comes to Taco Times in this area, some are better than others. This one is better than others. I highly recommend the Chicken Caesar Taco.

Slowest service ever. Been thru there few times whether 1 car or 3 cars in line...plan on a good 20+ minutes in the drive thru either way
