These guys know their pizzas and they offer a very nice gluten free crust; great wings and sauces; small, but nice beer selection, and the wait staff is great. They have a couple of big screen TVs which is nice for vegging out when appropriate. We had a family wedding recently and the bride and groom wanted a laid back informal atmosphere. We selected Sahara Pizza Monroe. The owner allowed us to take the whole place for a few hours on an afternoon before the dinner rush and everyone was pleased with the food, the service, and the ambiance. Just a great place to relax and enjoy your meal in a rustic setting.

Made a 40 minute trip to Sahara just for the cinnamon sticks because they are my girlfriends favorite. We do this regularly. This is the 4th time they have forgotten the icing! Cant have cinnamon sticks without icing. I called this time to tell them about their mess up and they basically said since I live so far theres nothing they can do except credit us for next time. Well 4th time doing this means this will be the last time. Didnt even offer an explanation just said "These mistakes happen" .Thats great customer service there. Dont recommend unless you live local so they can fix their mistakes.

I ordered a half and half pizza. Very simple. The pizza WA more 5/8, 3/8. I called because I wanted to let them know that the person making the pizzas isnt covering the whole half. So I had a pizza with 7 slices of pepperoni and 5 slices of the Hawaiian. Now I would have let it go but the Manger claimed she cut the pizza and said if she moved the blade over 3 inches it would have been perfect. I took a pic before we started eating so I had proof. And a 1st grader could tell you that the pizza wasnt half and half. She then told me not to order half and half in the future. Just not from you Sahara.

Locally owned and operated, my family truly enjoys coming here. While I myself dont indulge in the pizza, my children love it and will always choose it over the chain brands in the area. I typically get the Caesar salad with an order of the hot wings. I was surprised to learn that they make and mix their own sauces, something not typical of a "pizza" restaurant, their 5 alarm will put some hair on your chest. Being a small business owner myself, I try and give the local business their fair shake, this Sahara Pizza does a great job on food, service and cleanliness!

Everytime I order something from here they mess up the order. Today was not any different. We ordered 2 pizzas. One with cheese and one with sausage pepperoni and pineapple. One was plain cheese. The other came as only pineapple. Normally when we show them that even on the label its written correctly and has everything and then the pizza doesnt they give us the messed up pizza. But today she said she wont give us the pizza because "her employees are hungry and if they dont eat it they will throw it away" maybe I will just start going to Redmond...

Cant say enough good things about Sahara Pizza. My employees and I enjoy this place. The pizzas taste great and the salads are fresh and crisp. We have used Saharas for many events. Some as small as office meetings and other times for large events up to 500 people. They are prompt with delivery and the pizzas always seem to disappear. Thank you very much for your excellent service and great attitude!

If I could give a negative star-rating, thats more accurate than 1....we arrived 45 mins before closing & were told kitchen was closed & only available for takeout. Decided the next day to give it another shot, they made our pizza wrong, 1 soda cost a whopping $3.99 (but included unlimited refills, same as other places @ half the cost). Cant wait to see the outrageous bill. Never again!!

We just went to dine-in and the staff was friendly and the food was great. We ordered two types of salads and they came out with tons of fresh veggies. The Pizza was stacked and very flavorful. Another plus are the beers on tap. We will be back for sure! Thank you to the owners of Sahara Pizza for offering a quality sit down pizza place in Monroe!

Best pizza in Monroe! Food is absolutely delicious . The owner is local and active in the community. There are specials and its great for groups especially for watching sports and the Seahawks! But most of all the food is delicious! The employees are so friendly. It has a great atmosphere. Theres also take out and delivery.

We are regulars to Sahara and have come to know the staff personally. Not only do they have great food and nice cold craft beer, but they are committed to the community and have positive influences which I have seen first hand. I would recommend Saharas to anyone.

Do they pour white sugar into their sauce? No zest at all just sugary sweet, something I don’t want in my pizza sauce. $26 for a large 3 topping pizza? Not my jam, sorry Sahara. Just not digging your style of pizza. And took 75 minutes to deliver. Ouch!

Sahara has everything we need. The kids get yummy pizza and my wife loves the salads. We enjoy going on trivia night but the absolute best is the Sahara pizza app! We order, pay and tip all from the phone! Thank Sahara!

In terms of the deliciousness of their pizza, this is probably the best pizza place in Monroe. In some of the other reviews they mention bad service; Ive been there 4 times and felt that the service was just fine.
