Worst Burger King on the planet seriously! I would give it 0 stars but 1 is the lowest you can give. I work 5 minutes from this location and I get a short lunch break so I go here 3 or 4 times a week. I would say 7 times out of 10 they mess up my order. I honestly believe they think its funny too. For example yesterday I ordered a number 8. They repeated back you want 2 chicken sandwiches!? I said no I want a number 8. They said okay 2 chicken sandwiches pull forward please. I was like wtf mate... They dont care. They also think its funny to talk as quickly as possible so you usually cant understand what theyre saying or more than 1 person will talk to you so youre just confused at that point. They laugh at you... NEVER GO HERE!!! NEVER!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!

Tonight was my third time in the past 2 weeks where i have driven 15 minutes to get to this burger king and arrived there 30 minutes to an hour before the posted closing time and had nobody there. I had even called for the hours on my way there! When I arrived there at 11:30, everything was shut down and the one employee that i had seen in there still denied me service so they could go home early. THIS ESTABLISHMENT GIVE NO REGARD WHATSOEVER TO ITS PAYING CUSTOMERS. (Assuming they are open to get paying customers) They will NEVER again receive my business or the business of my friends and relatives. If you enjoy a rude staff, false advertisement, and poor service this is the place for you!

This is the cleanest, friendliest BK Ive ever been to. In fact, this one is the reason I started eating at Burger King again. In the 90s Id seen so many run-down ghetto BKs that I just quit going to them. After living in Gig Harbor for about five years, I finally went to this one and was amazed. Theyve always gotten my order right. Theyre friendly. I often see employees stocking and cleaning. One time, I added to my order at the drive-thru window and they comped it to me. Sometimes Ill see the owner in there working alongside the crew. I dont know why so many *anonymous* google users have such negative feedback, but I really like this location!

Most miserable people in the world.. Cold, rude, impatient.. Ive literally never seen anyone smile even once, no "have a great day" no "thank you" and if you ask for sauce, you get complete silence as they hand it out and close the window. Today I got the manager, and finally the silence was broken. This time when I asked "could I get 2 ranches please?" I got an audible sigh and a stearn "KAY" if it wasnt so cheap and right across the road I would never go here again in my life.

For over 12 years their order display at the drive-thru hasnt worked, and if you mention it, they act surprised and say theyll report it. The window at the drive-thru is too high for most passenger cars and all small cars, and is very poorly arranged and located, but the owners refuse to improve the drive-thru, even though they do most of their business with it. Access is winding through a parking lot.

Cleanest fast food restaurant Ive ever been inside. It smells clean when you walk in. All tables were clean, even the booths are clean. I didnt know a restaurant could be this clean. This place is worth visiting just so you can see how clean it is. This place is like the Taco Bell from the movie Demolition Man. The service was awesome also.

hate to be the one that comes out with the profanity, but i cannot stand the bottom bun of my burger to be mush, made that way by grease and microwave. as of today i no longer trust burger king.

The staff at this location are rude, impatient and I will not go back there. Staff were bad mouthing other customers to me.. I just wanted to get my food and leave. Not professional at all.
