Service was awful. Our waitress was obviously not hired for her ability to take orders - I ordered a large beer, I got a small. I asked for orange juice for my kids, they got lemonade. We asked for breaded wings, we got naked. We visited on Veterans Days - my huband is active duty, and the Hooters website advertised "10 free wings" for military personnel at "participating locations". The Jantzen Beach Hooters was not a "participating location". Instead they offered a free chicken sandwich, which my husband ordered - he asked for breaded and with hot sauce. What he got was not breaded and had no sauce, and was just not tasty at all - and then the waitress tried to argue with us that it "wasnt one of the free ones". It was just a bad experience all around. On a side note, do not hold the Jantzen Beach, Portland location as a representative of ALL Hooters. I have been to other locations and the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable, and service was fast, friendly, and ACCURATE. Hooters does have the best hot wings Ive ever found, and I thoroughly intend to return to Hooters - just never again to this location.

Poor. I ordered a Texas Philly cheese steak minus the pico,jalapeños, and mushrooms. I got a good sized bun with maybe three table spoons of meat. I waited for the waitress to come over and told her it wasnt right. First she tells me its about right then says its because its missing the mushrooms, Pico, and jalapeños. I told her it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. So she goes and gets the menu. She tells me she can bring out some more meat. I say no and ask it to be remade. She takes my plate to have it remade. The manager comes over and says its being remade and it did have to little meat on it. I said yes and looked nothing like the picture. To which he says that it normally has less than the picture. .... first the waitress should have stopped it at the window and told the cook to remake it. Second dont argue with the customer or make up lame excuses. Third Im damn tired of nothing ever looking like the picture when you order it. Are all "nice" places just as good as McDonalds now?

We travel to Oregon frequently and have had some very disappointing meals from $$$$ to $. On the previous trip and our last night in town, we decided to go with a known name and tried the Hooters on Jantzen Dr. in Portland. What an experience! Great management, service, with friendly helpful servers who actually engaged in conversation and didnt treat us like old people, and the best food weve had in Oregon--hot, fresh, and well-prepared--and they made no attempt to rush us through our meal or out the door.. Will eat there again when we return and would recommend it to friends. Thanks Hooters on Jantzen Dr.!

I first started coming here four years ago when I brought my grandson for his 12th birthday. He had a burger and my husband & I had the wings with the Asian sauce. Food was remarkable, establishment was very well run, the wait staff was friendly, helpful, & they made sure that my grandson had a great time. We have brought him here every year since then and faces may change but the quality of service and food have always been excellent. My grandson looks forward all year long, to coming here for his birthday dinner and hes never been disappointed. We are headed there again tonight! HAPPY 15TH BIRTHDAY AUSTIN!

Great happy hour specials BUT they have a new policy where you have to pay extra for dipping sauce. Ranch for your wings? Extra charge. We ordered 40 boneless wings and received 2 small ranches, one of which was spilling all over the plate. We asked for more ranch on the side and the waitress neglected to inform us that they now charge extra. Just asked how many we wanted and we found out that there was an additional charge when we received the bill. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was teetering between 2 and 3 stars on this one. The wings were ok, breading was definitely better than BWW but the sauces were lacking. The prices were not great but was told they have all you can eat Tuesdays which could be a good choice depending on how hungry you are and how much it costs. Probably wont choose to go back myself but would be fine if someone else wanted to go.

Waitress didnt act like she wanted wait on us. When her shift ended she handed us off to someone else. Waitress didnt care. Its was not busy at all . all stood around o. New yes eve around noon to three bullshitty with one another. Been in hooters across the country this is by far the worst service since leaving Tennessee

Our bartender and server was Cassandra, she was wonderful, friendly and cheerful. She was super busy with customers along with the phone ringing with the repeated question of "the fights" tonight but she never lost her smile and positive attitude. Good food, good service and we couldnt have been happier...

McKenzie is our new favorite Hooters girl! She is back on break from college, and only here for the summer, so go in and see her! She is smart, fun, and friendly! Our drinks we re never empty, our food came out fresh and hot! If youre reading this, hooters management, thank you for employing her!

Id rather have my balls ripped off by a rabid yak in heat than ever go in that filthy dive again. Bad food, bad atmosphere, super bad high ass prices, and ditzy low iq air heads waiting tables. Its a dive. Its all bad. Oh, and did I say, its pure crap too.

Great women,great food and great service. Hooters girls will take pictures with you if you want to. Also a very fun atmosphere to enjoy sports,enjoy lunch and talk with the Hooters girls. I recommend the Strawberry Lemonade and the Nacho Burger.

This Hooters is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I used to come here a lot with my co-workers and the waitresses would refer to me as "eyeliner girl", lol. Unfortunately, the wings are overpriced and theres hardly any meat on them.

Service was good Waitress was helpful. Food arrived quickly and I enjoyed the Boneless wing special Chipotle and it was great with Blue cheese sauce. It wasnt busy for lunch I would recommend this place. Everyone was nice even the manager.

I placed an order for 20 wings, 2 different sauces. I waited for over 35 min for my order, the wings were undercooked and completely without 1 kind of sauce. I was in the military so I have been to a lot of hooters, this one is the worst.

I DID LOVE IT !! PDX HAS MANY FINE ESTABLISHMENTS TO SEE GIRLS, HOWEVER IT WAS NICE TO SEE (IN MY PERCEPTION) NICE YOUNG LADIES WITH GREAT AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDES AND GORGEOUS AT THAT !!!!!! FOODS GOOD AS WELL ;)
