My first time and it will be the last. The service sucks and lets not say the food. There was only one lady cooking and cash handling. She didnt even wash her hands when she went back to the kitchen after she took the money. I sat down and she didnt even want to give me a menu she said ready to order or do you just want to look at the wall because the menu has other things. How rude. I asked for the menu and asked about the molcajete what it brought she said it was beef with pork so i just asked to get it only with beef. When she brought it to me well guess what it had pork i told her that wasnt what i ordered and she said it still has beef i said can i get a plate to take out the pork. she said just leave it there and dont eat it.My drinks came last instead of before my food like in every restaurant. When i paid i paid way more than i expected it didnt look right but she said it was. I paid and left no tip. horrible service really disappointed ive gone to other salvadorian restaurants in this one is the worst. I dont recommend it go somewhere else and get the type of service you need.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The place was small and cute. Reminded me of being in any store front shop in Central America. The service was good, but slow due to the number of people who flooded in from a local convention. We got there first and rode the savory wave all the way. The pupusas were wonderful. We had cheese filled and the cheese and pork. Cheap but very flavor filled. I could have eaten then all day long. Next we went to the seafood soup. Great taste but my wife did not care for the mini octupi. I did...yum! For desert we had the plantos filled with cream and deep fried...give me a Lipitor. They were wonderful but dont tell my cardiologist. The horchata was a delicious drink, rich and sweet. If you want some great food and are not in a rush, this home cooked Salvadorian place is for you. My wife and I loved it and next time we are in the area, will return for more pupusas and great food.

Used to eat there two to three times per week for almost a year and really enjoyed the lady that served us to the point that we would give her tips in the 35% mark in cash so she wouldnt get taxed on those. We were there on 2/5/2015 and as usual we paid with a card and we tipped cash, we eat out maybe five times a week so I do keep my receipts for at least 10 days or until they settle with my bank and this was no exception our total was $ 54.74 for a quick appetizer and we tipped her $18.00 cash......To my surprise the charge to my card was $ 59.74 which is $5.00 in easy money. I can deal with bad service, not the best food but never with someone stealing from me. Its really sad because I would even tip the cook and kitchen help. For Christmas the server (only lady that works there) even received a present from us for Christmas. We will never eat at this place again.

Do not waste your money here the staff does not charge the items properly, there are no receipts and one day something cost one thing and another day it will cost you more, i have had this experience on multiple occasions, there is a better place by the auburn airport called Belen.... They at much more honest.

Incredible Salvadoran food. Generally crowded so you may need to be patient while they prepare some of the best food in the area. If youre willing to do that, its well worth the wait. Everything on the menu is delicious; Ive never had a bad meal here.

Good pupuseria however sometimes the cheese they use seem a bit runny, taste is delicious tho! They have both rice pupusas and normal corn ones too. Delicious corn tamales and my husband has ordered their horchata and ensalada drink

This place is amazing. Family owned and very fresh and authentic food. Always get pupusas and grilled plantains. sometimes can take a while due to how busy it can be and the time it takes to cook food but worth it.

Great service. Clean establishment and the food was the best. Salsa para pupusas wasnt watery like in other places and it had the right touch. Tamales, casamiento, pupusas, curtido and platanos were excellent.

Our food was absolutely delicious--nothing beats "made from scratch" cooking! The staff & customers were so nice. We will definitely be going back--a new favorite restaurant!!

They need to change or specify their hours better, because they stop serving at the restaurant 1 hour before they close and for the last hour it is only for to go orders

Food came fast, inexpensive, they serve beer and the food is authentic and delicious. It could do with a decor update, but its clean which is what counts.
