Your typical Chinese place with solid offerings. What I like about this place is you can create your own dishes or order off menu. The signage out front says B.B.Q and they mean it. Can fill up for under $10 with change to hit up bakery places. Staff are efficient and gives recommendation of what they like not what they want you to get. Portsmouth garage is across the street. Down side is they closed early.

Very clean restaurant. This is where I go to satisfy my craving of chicken pho when I dont want to go to Turtle Tower. The nice thing about Joy Hing is for their chicken pho, the noodles soup comes along with a side of ginger scallion sauce which show this restaurant is more Chinese than Vietnamese. Good food regardless!

DELICIOUS! The number 13 is fantastic. Best beef broth I have ever had!!! The noodles were a bit thinner and smaller than I am used to but it was still one of the best bowls of pho I have ever eaten!!! Ill be coming back.

we walked in during Xmas day and this place is very clean, server is very friendly and the food come up fast. We love the pork with the preserved egg porridge, so does the noodle soup!

Pro - good Chinese restaurant with many offerings. I had the pho chicken soup. The food taste good! :) Con - maybe add more vegetables to the soup.
