Less then zero. My wife ordered Breakfast Sausage and egg croissant, Chicken nuggets and a double sausage sandwich. When getting home she had received no chicken nuggets and a ham and egg croissant. I took a bite to see if I liked it to save a trip and write off the nuggets. The sandwich sucked in general. She drove back with receipt. explained the sandwich was wrong and the nuggets were missing. Server never apologized, she received the nuggets and when opening my sandwich the server had simply put in a cold sausage patty bite mark still intact. Talk about cheap and its not the same sandwich, I dont like ham hence why I ordered a sausage, anyway avoid this joint. They are slow, rarely get an order correct and not that it matters much to me typically only one person speaks English so know your Spanish. Unless its 2:00 AM and you are desperate for grease go for it but an incorrect greasy order is all you will get. Also they dont answer the phone when you call as we tried three times before driving back down. F minus.

Thought I would give them another chance after boycotting for a year, due to wrong orders. When I pulled in the drive thru I figured no way in hell could they screw up my order, I was the only car(parking lot included). I order a brunch burger meal, monster taco, and breakfast burrito. The order they gave me was a sausage egg breakfast sandwich and burrito. What? Seriously? How can you screw up that bad when you are that slow? Of course, just like in the past, no apology when i came back. At least i got my money back. I made a point to ask how it was possible to screw up my order that bad when you are that slow. No response... Wow. I know its just a fast food job, but take pride in your work no matter what job you have.

I went to Jack in the Box last night and bought a Chicken Bowl, egg roll and drink and cheescake, When i got home the Rice in the rice bowl was MUSH so terrible it was like soup. I paid 8 bucks for mushy rice ..So then i tried to call them and their phone line rings busy it did all night and still this Morning. What the hell. I called a different Jack in the Box in the area they answered their phones. Terrible Service and they should of seen that it was MUSH Pissed off customer from KENMORE..Never going back to that place. Jack in the box Manager get your store together!

I went to have breakfast at around 7am and the store was closed. The lobby was supposed to open at 6am and I knocked the door and no one would open. I went on drive through and no one would answer. I mean if you guys are not going to open the store at the advertised hours then put a sign to let people know whats going on. I am very unhappy with this store the management really sucks. This store should be closed if they will keep making customers mad and not open on time! I would give this store 0 starts but there is no option..

Alright, I used to go here every week day because Id be picked up there coming home from school. Every single order Ive had and over heard has ended with "Sorry for the wait". Not only do they almost never have a line in the store or drive through, I work in the food industry and Ive never seen people work that slow. On top of that, the only thing I trust is the milkshakes. Fast food is fast food, but their food is a little extra special, if they actually get the order right.

I have no idea what is going on at this Jack in the Box. We have gone here for years and the last few months they have not gotten our orders right at all. One night we were there and the girl told us she could not fix food because she was the only one there no one easel showed up for work. A friend was there the other day and no one answered at the drive in so they went in and the smell was so bad like backed up sewer they just left. So I think they should just close down.

When they decide to have the store open, the food and prices are on par with other JITB locations in the area... the problem is they close whenever they feel like it. One day they closed 15min early... today it was an hour early. To add to the frustration they leave menu and signage lit, while store is closed (when it shouldnt be).... pay the workers a "livable wage" protesters say... I say replace them with machines. You want to strike for $15? How about $0?

I come here once in a while for mediocre late night service. Though tonight I stopped by only to be told they couldnt serve me a single thing because they didnt have any cooks. This place needs to cross train their people and also remind them that none of the "cooking" elements are rocket science. If nothing else, you can still make fryer items, shakes, and serve cold stuff. Thats a lot of money to miss because you cant retain or properly train your staff!!

Placed an order, after 20 minutes asked for a refund when there was literally no sign whatsoever that my meal was being made. Completely unprofessional staff that just Chatters incessantly and does not do any work. Definitely one of the locations that will be torn down and rebuilt with a new staff. If I could give zero Stars I would.

This jack has been here for years, they never make an order right, (if it is right) check your food. I had a greenish-blue bun. But it was the right order. YUCK!! Im all for Spanish speaking employees, but someone who speaks Spanish and English fluently is more desired when ordering at the counter or drive thru.

The worst breakfast Ive ever had! They dont ever have fresh hash browns it always seems like they fried them then when someone orders they dip them back in for a second time so its burnt and dripping with oil, sandwiches are horrible! Like they barely cook it so you can taste the frozenness! Yum

This location used to be great, however, the last two times I went there, my food came with a hair in it, seriously, if the franchise owner ever reads this, dont you guys use hair nets? Never again at this location, which is a shame because other than that, the foods good.

waited over 30 mins when the lobby had barely anyone in it. they took my receipt and when i asked for it so i could do a survey they printed one out for me that didnt have a survey option. the food was literally cold not even luke warm. horrible service will not be back

I go to Jack in the Box in Kenmore for convenience, not really because Im expecting good service or quality. The food isnt bad, but nothing special, and the same can be said for the service. Nothing special, but nothing to really complain about either.

Took 15 minutes for someone to get my order at the front even though they kept looking at me. Then they kept talking instead of making the order. It took them about another 15 minutes (keep in mind it was super slow and empty) to make 2 sandwiches.
