I was very upset because at first I had a young man on the intercom stating that he can drop empanadas but he would have to know how many because they take about 7-10 minutes. I told him let me get a head count and I will let him know in a couple of seconds. I then waited for about 7 minutes before someone else came to the intercom and asked for my order, I said I would like 4 Empanadas and the guy said "sorry, we are out of Empandas." I told him that someone else just told me that they do have it and he said "oh, I guess we do then." So that was the first problem with Austin P. So I ordered 1 Quesarito box, 4 empanadas, 1 soft taco supreme, and 2 crunchy taco supremes. After paying for my order I was told that the empanadas were gonna take not that long and I asked how long and they said, 10-15 minutes!? Last time I checked that was pretty long and why couldnt they have dropped them when I had first ordered them?? Then when I was asked to wait in a parking spot in front of the building I checked my bag to see if anything else was missing and realized they didnt even give me a box for the Quesarito Box. I am 2 months pregnant and drove about 6 minutes to get some taco bell. I figured the rest was correct because the wrapper stated that it was. So when I get home, I realize that they charged me for 2 crunchy taco supremes but got regular $1 tacos instead. No sour cream, no tomatos...i ate it about to cry because when your pregnant and you really crave something, it sucks not getting what you paid for or what you originally wanted...lost a customer FOREVER...me & my husband.

I wish there is option of ZERO. This Taco Bell is the worst of the worst. This restaurant had cleared accidently my 2 orders of 2 orders and totally ignored me standing waiting in front of counter for 15 min. The cashier was busy enough passing out free freeze to her kids or guest. When I confronted and asked where about my orders, the cashier with cold face said "I gave it to you.". The cashier took my receipt back to kitchen and talked to crew and provided no explanation. "No apology" "No I am sorry.". I woukd be ok if the cashier said "Sorry" and made my order fast. I asked for manager. A manager named Jay, came out and did not offer apology. Later Jay was saying "I am sorry Man.". Asked Jay not to call me a man. Simply rude. He was kept calling me ,"Man". Took them 25 min to get my order and tried to buy me with a free coupon. Well Taco Bell in Bothell, the coupon is in garbage can just like my original receipt taken away by the manager, "Jay". Not a chance to going back this Taco Bell. A few years back my sister in law had slipped on wet floor at same restaurant. None of employee enver came to her and asked if she was ok or not. They were just looking at her from behind of cashier counter. Work attitude never changed.

Left stuff out of the order. Sat 5 cars back in the Drive-Thru and then had to go park the car and go in and get the rest of the food. It was only 8 items. Not all in the bag. Over $20 in food and they cant put eight things in the bag? It clearly says on the receipt 8 items. Is that so they can count to make sure sure theres 8 items? Apparently they dont count at this particular location. It was all soggy and gross. Lukewarm at best. When I opened the bag, it was barely wrapped it was like they just threw it in there. So disappointed. I know I shouldnt expect much from a fast food restaurant, but really we should expect better if were paying money for something we should get what we pay for. Are my standards too high? I paid money for 8 items and I should get 8 items thats all Im saying. Really, & cold empanadas? Im really disappointed. Thats like giving somebody melted ice cream when you asked for ice cream. Doh.

I seem to get the same young guy taking the orders in the drive thru around breakfast time. He takes over a minute to start taking the order, I ask for 2 bacon crunch wraps.... he stays silent for another minute.. and asks if I want a drink. I repeat I would like 2 am crunch wraps and that is all thanks. He goes Silent for 4 Minutes and then asks if everything is correct on the screen. I say yes and pull up to the window, he takes the payment right away but then it takes them 8 minutes from then to make the food. Thats 15 minutes at a Drive thru and I was the only car there at the time, the guy actually looks like he doesnt give a crap. This is my experience with the last 3 times I have gone.

I am so tired of going to the Bothell Taco Bell! I cant tell you the last time I got all that I wanted. It seems every time I go they are out of Empanadas or they only have 1 when I wanted 2 also we dont have any cooked do you want to wait comes up alot? Im sorry Im a patient person but this gets old fast. I realy dont want to go their any more. Today was the last straw just drove 300 miles wanted an easy dinner and thought Empanadas! Well guess what NONE TO BE HAD AGAIN. And when asked if I wanted any suace I said Mild well None to be found in my bag. I give up goodbye for good!

I wish I could give zero stars. Always a long wait, order consistently messed up especially if you attempt any customizations. But topping it all off is how skimpy every product is. You are lucky if your taco has even half the amount of fixings it should. Nacho cheese cups are less than half filled... For $.59??? Manager or owner must be a real cheap skate. Avoid this place like the plague. Ill go out of my way to a different Taco Bell.

If you like Taco Bell, you like Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell and this one is now a good one. If you tried to eat here a year or two ago, your order (if it ever was made), would have been late and probably incorrect. Today, the staff is quick and efficient and delivers my faux-Mex in a timely and correct fashion. The four stars arent for a general restaurant rating (it is Taco Bell, after all) but as compared to other fast food places.

Other than it being Taco Bell (which is not a bad thing in those moments you have the need for Taco Bell). The place is always clean inside and the employees have always been nice. Its not the fastest Taco Bell, but honestly I would rather that take their time and make it right, then rush it out sloppy. I make it effort to come to this one, if I am in the area and I have the need for the TB.

The service here is always quick, the staff is pleasant, and the food - well, I dont have the words. Im not a fancy guy. This place isnt hoity-toity like the Taco Time down the street, when Im here I feel like Im at home, this is a place you can take off your slippers and really relax for a few hours. Taco Bell, Thank you for being exactly what Im looking for.
