not only is this jack int he box a pain to get into (entrance in on 228 and you must go around back) but they often get your order wrong or is severely delayed. Last several times I ordered from there I had to drive around front and wait, items were missing (marinara sauces) , and they didnt ask if I wanted things like ketchup. Also whenever I use the CC payment on the outside window in never works as they arent ready and I have to rinse and repeat over and over again. Basic fast food experience but the location and constant missing items I would just go downt he street else where.

Of late its clear the oil hasnt been changed as it was BROWN last night!!! Worse yet, the food was dripping with grease which soaked through the bag. The food was completely inedible. *choke* This is disgusting and something I believe corporate needs to be aware of!!! I have contacted corporate and am supposed to get a call from the District Manager... maybe s/he can sort out whats wrong at this store. Really sad; Ive always loved JitB, since it opened in the 70s. :(((

After hours employees often refuse to serve customers, and sometimes park their cars in front of the drive through to prevent customers from ordering. Trying to order from this store after 10pm will result in either poor service or no service. They recently messed up my order, removed my frys and replaced them with curly frys and onion rings. The curly frys were raw/undercooked and the onion rings were overcooked. (Also charged me an additional $1.30 for it.)

At least theyre open at 12:30 am unlike the kenmore branch!!!! Although they always forget the onion rings when I order the spicy nacho chicken sandwich. Thus franchise is frustrating! Never meets the simple standard as to what was ordered or even more as yo the hours as advertised of business! I will take my business elsewhere!

Rude staff! We stood in line for over 20 minutes. People werent getting there food. The ones who did? Got incomplete orders. People requested refunds, and were denied. The dining room wasnt very clean. Bathrooms were in need of attention. The height chair for children was a sticky, disgusting mess.

Stephanie took my order in drive through and she was one of the nicest employees I have spoke with. She did not make me feel rushed when taking my payment. The food was alright, in my opinion it could have been better but I will defiantly go back here because of the great customer service.

Its understandable that on Xmas Eve service should be slow BUT weve been waiting in the drive thru line for more than 40 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. WE HAVE PLACES TO BE! If you dont want to do your job, then quit. The line hasnt moved in 10 minutes... If I could rate this 0 stars, then I would.

Came in and waited at the counter for 5-7 minutes while several employees made eye contact with us and said nothing... No "Hello, we will be right with you," or anything. Not even a smile. After a couple more groups came in and we waited a few minutes, we decided to leave. Will not return.

Pretty okay place to eat from, especially if you want like a quick night food run. Only Issue is every once in awhile when I visit, their card reader happens to stop working (It only happened twice for me but both visits were at night).

Worst ever. Stood inside at the counter for 10 minutes, the gal working ignored us and only took drive thru orders. Looked at us, saw us there with each passing, never said she would be with us soon, nor acknowledged our presence.

During my phone call to request replacement food because the fried foods in my order were black and dripping orange/brown grease the employee informed me that the owner does not change the grease. Never Again will I eat there.

Ate here every day for almost 3 months, it was weird how inconsistent the food was, one day it was good one day it wasnt. The people where nice, and they raised the price on there big chess burger :(
