Midway through the meal, my wife, who doesnt eat meat, found a piece of what we or the waitress wasnt sure was ham or artificial crab meat in lemonade. The macaroni and cheese that you have to pay extra for is much worse than out of box of Kraft Mac N Cheese. The mash potatoes, which you also have to pay extra for, were actually just a poorly baked potato turned upside down and partially smashed -- served cold. Do not be fooled by the picture on the menu. My wife also ordered the buffet/salad bar. Nothing she got tasted right, except for the cottage cheese. As for the "Steak and Endless Shrimp", it was a six ounce, tasteless piece of beef. I also ordered the sautéed mushrooms and onions (both at an extra charge), and they had no seasoning. The mushrooms just were not good at all. My side dish was steamed broccoli -- served cold. Each serving of shrimp was 6 pieces, but wed had such a horrible experience we just wanted to leave. They never did anything to fix any of these problems.

This place should be shut DOWN! This is by far the dirtiest establishment Ive ever eaten in. The floors were dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Although there were only 5 or 6 other tables being occupied, we had to go all the way to the back of the place to find a clean table, and that one still had food remnants stuck to it. Half the salad bar was empty, and the food that was on it looked old and dried out.. They brought us plain lousy looking baked potatoes that not even my 1year old would eat. Ill have to say the bread was the ONLY thing worth eating here. And the service was undeniably the WORSE ever. No one waited on our table, and when we did flag someone down to ask for napkins, she never even brought them. I had to scour the room after 20mins to find some on my own. I am ashamed to even say I ate here!

NEVER EAT HERE!!!!Not that a sizzler is ever going to be the best place Ive ever eaten at, but this one is really really bad. I have never really been there before or at least for the last 20 years but salad bars r hard to find. The first time I went was right after they opened and the salad bar was fresh and looked great and tasted great. I went there for lunch again a few weeks later and it was a night & day difference! The staff was horrible! Food was horrible! Staff even called me names because I didnt like the way overcooked fried shrimp that I couldnt chew without breaking my teeth. I will never go back and I wouldnt tell anyone to go there. The staff that called me names actually said it in front of the manager and they had a good laugh. DO NOT GO HERE!

me and my family go to sizzler a few times a year. we have always had an enjoyable experience except one time, but the issue was resolved within a matter of minutes thanks to the manager. Our food is always hot and just the way we order it . The last time we visited sizzler there was 9 of us in the group , everyones food was cooked to our liking and the salad bar was well stocked and everything was fresh on the salad bar. there are plenty of choices, and we always have a server with a great attitude and there was a younger guy there who greeted us and actually he took our order and got everything right for everyone in our group. we do plan on visiting again soon and im sure we will take a large group again

So. Late last year my wife and I had a horrible experience. The staff was rude, our food was gross and we both got sick. Two days after we had called and asked for a refund and instead they only offered us coupons. Since then we havent received any vouchers or anything despite our constant game of phone tag. And the last call we made we were called liars, saying they sent them out and this send out list is never wrong. Honestly I dont even know why Im fighting at this point, I really wouldnt eat there again. I just wanted my money back for paying $40 for food poisoning on my anniversary.

We come here very often. We know about the steak and salad bar special. You can get a steak and a side as well as the unlimited salad bar for 11.99 or 10.99. You have to ask for it because it is not advertised. The service is almost always superb. The food is great, and the atmosphere is very inviting. We have a favorite server, Elizabeth. She is always very attentive and super efficient. Even when she had a broken hand she was great!!! We love this place!!!

My ribs were not good tasting at all, they seemed like they were boiled, then poured BBQ sauce on them and then put them in the oven to bake on the sauce. My sweet mashed potatoes were cold. They had butter on top of them and it didnt melt at all. Thats how I knew they were cold. Just totally unhappy with the whole meal. My chicken was dry and tough. I used to love sizzlers. This visit makes me not want to come back anymore. Really disappointed

My husband and i have had dinner here numerous times and today just beat all! I asked the manager if they had a specific football game on and he hollered at someone to find it and put it on! And our server, Angela, was lively and engaging. Great sense of humor and was checking with us to make sure things were okay and our drinks filled. We really enjoyed our visit tonight and the food was great!

I thought more of this place because of other sizzlers Ive been to. This was a let down, the salad buffet wasnt what Im used to. One of the premade salads was so saturated in olive oil I couldnt eat it. The "pop corn" Chicken was pretty much bread and the clam chowder had no clams at all. Service staff was friendly and good though.

Always friendly service, and they remember you! Great, buffet style selections with bigger meat selections for order. Favorite part is their salad bar (including bacon-cranberry broccoli salad, seafood salad, and Brussels sprouts salad) and their brownies! One of my favorite, inexpensive but invariably CLEAN family restaurants.

Salad bar was ok. Taco meat burnt my tongue and not from heat. Service was slow. Got my bread when I was done. They walked by my table 4 times 2 different servers. I havent been to sizzler in many years and it hasnt changed much. Oh yes the clam chowder was about a 6 of 10. It will be many more years before I go back.

Kinda disappointed this time around i got my food before they put out chicken for the salad bar about 30 minutes i miss the old school waitresses like the last time i was there where they have your refill of shrimp always coming without having to ask and will fill your pop for you you guys have always earned the tip

The food was amazing and we got seated pretty quickly, my only problem was my server took forever and half of the time I was asking another server to bring me my food. I would of given a 5 star if it wasnt for the lack of customer services. But the food and price was pretty good.
