Edit: review was originally 2 stars. They have since made it more of a priority to provide good customer service at all times of the day. I have been enjoying my experience there much more and the staff have improved their friendliness. The food is good, although I wish it was consistent. Sometimes it has more flavor or "kick" than at other times. I have no idea why, but its hit and miss. I always get chicken burritos. I was thrilled when I found out chipotle was going in this area, but so far my experience has been fairly disappointing. I tend to go at a later time due to my work schedule and on the times that I have went, the staff seem more interested in cleaning up before closing than attending to the customer. I have stood at the counter for almost a minute on more than one occasion with no one even acknowledging that Im there. They were just focused on cleaning the grill and putting things away. I have also experienced undercooked fajita because the cook seemed rushed to get back to cleaning the grill, which was really disappointing as the onions are crunchy and way too pungent when not cooked. I have never had undercooked food at any other location. I will give them my business a couple more times but if things dont improve, I will make the drive to a different location. If things improve Ill update my review. I put two stars to even out the 5 stars a little. I have never experienced 5 star service here yet.

I love Chipotle, but this location isnt one of the greatest. First, the few times I have been here the tables are always dirty and have left over garbage and food from other customers. As well as the floor, and the garbage cans were all full. There is plenty of people behind the counter and around the store that could sweep, wipe counters, and take out the trash, but no one seems to do it. Second, they need to learn to make all the food the same. Sometimes they fill the burrito with way to much of some of the ingredients, like rice and beans, so after everything else goes in they can hardly fold and wrap it up and its a mess. One time I saw them have to take and throw out someones ingredients because it was to full, and they just added a second tortilla around it to fix the original now broken and ripped one. Lastly, they need to be more generous with the protiens as well, you pay a quite high price for the steak, and they only put a little half scoop in, then when you eat it, its basically a rice, bean and lettuce burrito with sour cream and guacamole. Add more protein! We pay about $9 for a burrito, I want a fair bargain.

I love Burrito !! specially from chipotle. i was regular customer in Northgate location until i moved to Everett and this chipotle is walking distance from my house, beside horrible customer service i received they were out of ingredients too, i waited patiently until it get cooked asked manager how long it will take she was very rude with her answer ! i waited 8 minutes to get my food beside my time was wasted i also received bad attitudes from manager . i believe this location need to improve its management and customer service !!

Only time Ive ever been let down by Chipoltle was at this location. We went at 6:30pm on a Friday and they were out of multiple ingredients (salad greens, mild salsa, guacamole). They did not make any effort to get these replenished, simply "oh, were out". My boyfriend also ordered a burrito and the rice was not completely cooked. When we told the cashier she said "sorry" but did not do anything about it- why would you continue to serve other customers partially cooked rice? Very disappointing experience!

Good food and had a good promotion going. Its a little expensive if you get anything more then just the basic burrito/salad. My wife was displeased with the steak but I enjoyed it. They usually dont have much of a line but if they do its a slow one. We waited about 20 minutes with maybe 13 people ahead of us in line.

Service could of been a little bit faster and maybe a little more friendly. Plus they they ran out of chip and guacamole. Really. This is a Mexican restaurant. And to too it off I have never had a tortilla that was that tough.

Who doesnt love Chipotle!? I was so happy when they finally got one in this area! Also, this location finally got their liqueur license so you are able to buy a beer, which is always tasty alongside your chicken bowl and chips!

Respectful employees, decent service. I asked for pico de gallo and the girl didnt know what I was talking about so I asked for tomato with red onion and lime and then it clicked. Decent prices 6-10$ and good wholesome food.
