I love Chipotle I go there all the time to different locations all around the Bay Area this is my first time coming to the El Camino Chipotle and I cant see a reason to ever go back. Super amateur crew stumbling all over themselves a complete dirty store and cooking line. I worked in the food service industry at all levels for 8 years so Im not just some s***** customer I understand things get busy but i can tell when a franchise loction isnt running properly what was supposed to be a quick dinner options before heading off to work turns in to a waist of 20 Minutes plus the time it took me to write this stupid review. Ill get Chipotle tomorrow in Newark that one is always on point

I came in here after a long day at the hospital, and was greeted by a miserable looking woman who wouldnt smile or give me eye contact. I was being friendly and she was extremely rude and being a complete weirdo with my food. She was throwing it into the bowl and sliding it over as if she was in a bar! Completely dissatisfied with the customer service and will not be returning here! Rude!

I used to really enjoy coming to this Chipotle instead of the Tanforan Malls version since this one had folks that seemed to be cool. The food was dependable and they give your guac serving to be just a little bigger than normal if you were nice to them. After the whole food poisoning events of 2016, now their meat is really burned and the guac sizes are nothing special.

Absolutely great staff. Dont feel like you have to rush your order. They are striving to keep the line moving but they will answer all your questions and you will be able to chromiz your order. Very kid friendly, choice of fruit as a side. Self serve and usually enough seating because most people get orders to go.

This restaurant is very close to school and it is always nice to head down to chipotle for a quick bite. I have found this chipotle is different from the rest with a friendly staff and bigger portions. At times, when the food has been sitting out, the food could be a little on the lukewarm side.

I love Chipotle. This Chipotle, however, shows lack of consistency. Not only was the wait long due to lack of ingredients, but customer service is terrible. They dont show any care in what theyre doing. My burrito took so long the whole thing was cold. Will not be returning to this location.

The worst thing about this place is the long line. Besides that issue, everything is fine. The people are nice and gets the orders right, the burritos are massive and relatively cheap, and it tastes great.
