Im not one to typically write negative reviews. but sometimes i have to make an exception. I realize that this is a sport bar themed to provide good wings. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had this past weekend. We decided to stop in since we had heard good things about Buffalo Wild Wings from friends and family. We walk in and stnad there awkwardly as the hostess and one of the servers(?) are standing there flirting and chatting. finally they notice us and place us at a table after a minute or two. Our server (really the only saving grace for this place) takes our drink order and appetizer order and after coming back with drinks takes our food order. We ordered their "famous" Queso Dip as an appetizer and some boneless wings. as an entree we ordered a burger and the southwest sampler. then we waited, and waited, and waited... Finally the appetizers came out after about 20 minutes of waiting and as soon as we had gotten a bite down our entrees arrived... They offered to take it back until we were done with our apps but we figured wed rather eat it now than instead of after it had been sitting under the heat lamps for another 10 minutes which i assume is what happened with the appetizers. To sum up the food was terrible. Their queso dip was essentially canned chili and EZ Cheese. The burger was cooked to well done (who does that to a burger?) despite being asked to make it medium. The wings were nothing but rubber, and the southwest sampler was an absolute mess. The nachos were covered in their cheese and chili mix, the tacos were decent but covered in enough chipotle sauce to drown a bison, and the quesadilla was more of their rubbery chicken and their EZ cheese mix. I mean for heavens sake when TACO BELL has a better quesadilla than you do maybe its time to rethink something? The one positive that i had was that the pico they put on the nachos was actually very flavorful and did much to offset the cheesy greasy mess that they called nachos. I can only hope they get their act together but it seems unlikely considering its a chain, regardless of whether or not they did they have managed to lose a customer not just from this location but from every other location as well since, theyre a chain and chains usually have prepackaged food so its consistent across the board. We went in expecting bar-food so our expectations werent high. to be able to provide below that already low set bar is unfortunately for us a complete deal breaker

I dont usually write reviews but I felt as though I should given the Horrible customer service we just received! The girl at the front desk was ugly and seemed annoyed when we walked in the door.We sat in the bar & it took almost 15min to be acknowledged. It wasnt packed so there was no reason for that. All the empty tables in the bar were dirty including ours. We had several servers pass by us before finally getting someone to stop. We ordered a wrap,wings & Mac n Cheese. Took about 40min to get the food. My wings were brought with some dried up celery & carrots. But no napkins...so I had to wait about 5min for those. I also had to ask for silverware for my Mac n Cheese so again I had to wait to eat my food I had already been waiting 40min for. The wings were ok,nothing to brag about,the Mac n Cheese tasted like the single kraft ones you put in the microwave & I wasnt impressed by the pepper jack wrap. The meat looked like ground up dog food. Our waitress was nice but had on waaayy to much perfume! She also proceeded to tell us they all got yelled at that night so that was probably why service was a little off! Im sorry but I dont care what happens behind closed doors & if you all just got yelled at maybe you should step up your game not suck at it even more. This was my first Buffalo Wild Wings experience & Im extremely disappointed. Id rather make the drive to the Wing Dome than go back to this establishment.

Took my wife to BWW for her first time: we arrived, were seated at a table, with menus. No server acknowledged us or even made eye contact for 15-20 minutes. No drink orders, nothing. Three servers would jump to clean one table, but no one paid us any attention. We tried to get their attention, but they would never even look up at anyone. We got up to leave, no one noticed. As we walked out, 20 minutes after entering, the hosts at the front didnt even remember that we had just been seated, thanked us for coming in. When we told them that we had waited over 20 minutes without ANY contact, they just looked scared and confused, no attempt to remedy anything, get a manager, or anything. 1 star is far too good a score for this experience.........

Went twice in three days to watch sports games on the tv. The first time was packed and we waited for a seat before one in the bar area came available first. The food was not good... mine or my friends. The second time we went, was told to move out of the same exact seat as the first game we watched just two days prior. We had to move because I failed to bring my Identification from the hotel down the street. I dont drink alcohol, so didnt find it necessary and I wasnt driving either. Well, it didnt matter if you drink alcohol or not, policy is with water and tea, your sitting in the bar area.....you must have ID. The food was nasty both days....wont be returning back to that location.

If I could give no stars I would! Typically I dont take the time out to do a review, but the service (or lack there of) was nonexistent! We were seated and 10 minutes later, still not even drinks were asked for. We got the attention of a server who said he would find our server. The "captain" came over and offered drink napkins and stated our server was busy but would be over soon... Really??? Drink napkins??? Lets just say I my family and I just walked out! The "captain" (floor/ shift manager) could have taken the order!!! Anyway, I will not be visiting there anymore!!!

We went on a Friday night around 9, told that there would be a long wait unless we sat at the bar. Sat down and noticed tons of opened seats. Football games are on but the main screen are on some dumn esports commentary. Order loaded potato wedges and a large boneless wing. Sent the wedges back they were awful no cheese, no bacon all onion. Got the wings and there was barely any sauce. Talked to the manager and left. Will not be back. Really hope bww reads these reviews, this location needs help.

Been here a few times, the service and food quality is often spotty. Sometimes its great but sometimes the food is so so so suspect. Ate a entire piece of raw chicken without realizing it was raw at first. Was like hmm, this tastes really different. Wish I can put a picture here of the full batch of raw boneless chicken wings... The manager on duty at least did everything she can to alleviate the situation but, raw chicken is horrifying. Utterly grossed out. Cut everything before eating!
