The reason I give it a Dislike is the fact that when I showed up I waited to be waited on for 20-25 min. It seemed as if I wasnt there. The bar was a little full but they werent eating they were drinking so there was no reason why I wasnt even being noticed. I actually stopped a waitress passing by me and asked if I could speak to the floor manager, Five minutes later the manager showed up while I was putting on my jacket. I asked her if we serve ourselves? I was acting on it by grabbing my plate and going towards the kitchen. She was dumbfounded that I was doing that. She then proceeded to apologize and asked how long I had been waiting I look at my wrist which didnt have a watch on it and told her almost 30 minutes. Long story short the service was bad the food was greasy and I wouldnt recommend going to this restaurant unless your going to go and watch a game and drink and leave other then that. Theres a lot better places around Bellevue to watch a game drink and get served a bit quicker then 520 Bar and Grill... The place is made for locals.

A small group with reserved tables arrived tonight at this establishment, a Tuesday evening, myself included. Great experience! Let me explain....no, there is too much....let me sum up: The Coconut Shrimp was marvelous. The King Salmon was tasty. Not a zealot of their Pilaf Rice as it seemed to be more of a long grain white rice, but nonetheless the accompanying sauteed spinach heightened it. Okay, now that the irrelevant food is out of the way, on to my elucidation. Im not a drinker, so Diet Coke is the rule for me. However, when I pay a visit to a bar, I always ask for a House Root Beer. In most cases, Im declined the bounty and end up settling with my signature norm. But tonight, something new for me occurred in my routine. Our blonde waitress (I say blonde because I wasnt fortuitous to learn her name) journeyed NEXT DOOR to, I assume is to another bar or restaurant, and brought me back a cold bottle of Americana Root Beer!!! CHEERS TO YOU, 520 BLONDE WAITRESS!! I will never forget your awesomeness. Many thanks.

Food is good, but the only place to get friendly and good service is at the bar. I was there for lunch yesterday and we sat outside, just hoping that the service would be at least okay. Awful. I asked for a glass of water and received a tiny glass that wasnt even full - at the bar you get a pint glass of water. The waitress would not look my way when taking our order. My date looked towards me after she asked him first and when he wouldnt look her way or answer her, she finally turned towards me and asked for my order. Old fashioned as it may be, the majority of the servers in the restaurant industry know to start with the woman when it is a male/female couple. The rest of the meal continued like that way. My boyfriend and I enjoy the ambiance and other patrons, so even with the poor service, we will be back but only at the bar. Joe and Randi - you need to work with your servers. It would be a welcome change to have friendly servers who have waitressing sense.

Terrible experience. When we entered, the hostess was just standing there chit chatting with someone, right in front of us, as we waited for her to talk to us about a table. There were many tables open. Instead of paying attention to us, she was just going on with her social chatter. Me and my friend had to step out in the middle of dinner a couple of times for 5 minutes each to talk on the phone. Each time we told the waitress that we were coming back. The first time, when we came, our plates, which still had food, were removed. The second time, it was worse : The table was actually given to another group. No apology for this from the manager. To top it off, there were explanations. Noisy, and just terrible service. Never going there.

I should have known how great my experience was going to be when I called into the restaurant Sunday afternoon to make reservations for dinner. The girl who answered, Molly, was incredibly friendly and sounded genuinely happy that I called in. We showed up 15 minutes early for our reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was so nice and not only offered to bring me a sample of the soup but told me that if I didnt like my wine, she would bring me a different kind. (I ended up loving it.) Both our appetizers were amazing, the crab cakes and tender steak bites, as well as our entrees and drinks. Definitely worth the price!

BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE!!! I had a birthday party here and it was AMAZING! Everything went well. There were a couple bumps getting this all organized but it came together in the end and I could not have been happier with the results. I had about 30 friends for dinner and hey made a great limited menu that we could choose from. The server was perfect she remembered everyones order and drinks. We had the entire outdoor patio reserved for us and surprisingly on a cold November evening we were warm with the heaters they provided. We had babies, kids and a lot of adults. Thank you so much 520 Bar and Grill for a very fun night! :-)

Pésima experiencia. Fuimos anoche 6 personas y quién nos atendió no nos permitió separar en dos las cuentas. El mozo fue grocero y descortés aún cuando ya tenía asegurada su propina dentro de la cuenta. Con esa calidad de atención, no lo recomiendo.

The service and menu are top notch. Even when our waitress had to leave to move her car from the CVS parking lot she made sure we were taken care of. If you dont like the feeling of being watched you might want to pick a different restaurant. This place would give any casino a run for their money with cameras per square foot of ceiling space. I left not sure if I should feel bad for the staff or owners. Overly obvious there are trust issues here. I kept checking my pocket to make sure my wallet was still there.

This used to be a great place, above the bar, with good food and service and rare outdoor seating in Bellevue. Lately we are not so excited. The food was only average, service friendly but not exceptional (took long to get the order in, too long to get our first round of drinks served, water not filled up, took forever to get the dessert with no heads-up), etc - still everything fine and a good place I recommend, especially in Summer, but not the awesome place we were used to.

We recently held a private party at 520 Bar & Grill and the food, service and accomodations were wonderful. The place will hold probably no more than about 45-50 people but it was perfect for the reception we were hosting. They had balloons up for us and a set up perfect for our event. They also had plenty of staff to serve drinks and everyone raved about the food. I would highly recommend partnering with 520 if you have an event to hold and want good food and service!
