bartender/waitress-very snotty-didnt write down any of our order(10 people) got 6 of the 10 orders wrong-made it like it was our mistake-it was so bad!! Weve gone there for years-I will not go back-very sad-I will tell everyone I know to be wary of the waitress with the long black hair and bad attitude,She really did what use to be a great place to go a disservice because 10 people will tell others of what happen-Its too bad she is in the food industry-she should not serve people with such a bad attitude-no apologies for messing up the orders-hopefully she will start writing down orders instead of thinking she will remember them-or stay tending the bar area

Shame shame Puerto Vallarta!! We used to love this place but tonight that changed! We ordered the Fajita Burrito and the Super Burrito to-go! Besides the meal being half the size we are used to the food was just not good!! Very little meat and vegetables just a lot of beans and rice covered in too much sauce! My fiancé even had to make something to eat right after since it was not filling! So for over $30.00 we basically got 2 bean and rice burritos!! Wont be going back!! Too bad since the waitstaff is really nice!

We used to live in Eatonville & this place was great. Went there tonight. The service was horrible & slow! Some of us got our food, some didnt. Fajitas were served but took so long to get the tortillas that the food was cold when they got there! We had young children in our party & they were served last! Daughter in law had to ask for water 3 times! Do not go there! We never will again!!!

The food was fairly decent BUT the windows which surround the dining area were filthy. And who told them those new florescent energy efficient light bulbs would be a good idea? Their appearance and huge make the atmosphere about as friendly as the bar seen in the movie "Blade Runner". This place used to be well kept but something has changed for the worse. Go someplace else.

Standard Mexican food, not the best Mexican food youll ever have but it is key good. The taco bar lunch special is great, all you can eat taco bar during lunch time for around $8! Great deal and tastes good, pair that with their reward program where your eight taco bar you get for free!

i would say they are just a average mexican eatery. they could be faster at severing and could have people who know how to count back money. that and they dont seem friendly in my opinion. they only nice thing i do like about them is the buffet every weekday which is all i go for.

Ate here on way back from Mt Rainier Steam Train and Museum - nice casual Mexican/likely best in the area. Guac is good as are chips - but cheese in enchiladas is american yellow instead of real Mexican cheese and salsa verde was just ok. Hence the casual label . . .

Food was great! Wonderful tacos and carne asada. Service was pleasant, especially given there was 13 very grumpy people who had just spent 36 hours trapped on a mountain in the freezing snow! Over all a good experience. (Margaritas could use an extra shot ;))
