I DONT KNO WUT U PEOPLE B TALKIN BOUT..BUT IM A REGULAR THERE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS ON POINT...AND IM NOT FROM HERE, BUT I DO KNO, THAT IF UR RUDE TO THEM, HOW U EXPECT THEM TO RESPECT YOU OR B POLITE..HMM NOT HAPPENIN HERE...I ALWAYS GET THE SAME CASHIER AT THE WINDOW AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS GIRL IS ON POINT WIT MY ORDER EVERYTIME...AND IF THEY ARE OUT OF SUMTHN, THEY CANT JUST GO PURCHASE WENEVER THAT HAPPENS..U PEOPLE GOT SUM NERVE..WUT I DO KNO, IS WEN PLACES ARE BUSY, WHICH THEY ARE, RUNNIN OUT OF PRODUCT HAPPENS AND THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY CAN TO TAKE CARE OF IT..THEY ONLY GET TRUCK A FEW TIMES A WEEK..WORK IN A PLACE LIKE THAT, THEY SAY SUMTHN..UNTIL U DO..GET OVA IT!!

I live right down the road from this BK and ave been there a few times. This one has a problem completing my orders, oddly this happens every time I use a coupon. Today 3-29-2017 I used the 10 piece chicken nugget and large fry for $4 coupon fron todays mailer, I also ordered two combo meals and two value menu items. After I got home I realized that I did not get the 10 piece so I paied $4 for a large fry... Problems like this are the reason why I rarely eat at BK these days.

I live not to far from this BK. So I and my roomates stop in fairly often. I dont have any major issues. Nothing to speacil to report either. Just an everyday BK, and what you would expect from a standard BK... customer service has been super nice just about everytime. I wish their hours were a little longer and their drive through is in a slightly annoying location due to weird placements of stop signs and through traffic. But... whatever.

Horrible. We live 20 minutes away and stopped to grab a bite for us and the kids. We ordered the bacon cheese whoppers meals which is $2 more per person. They parked us for fries. We finally get our food and were missing some. We go in and finally get most of my food just to find out my food is missing the bacon and the cheese. We call. The "manager" says shell talk to her team. You cant keep enough fries ready, hows a talk going help?

Ordered a sundae. I waited in line for ten min. Not an exaggeration. They gave me the sundae they made when I ordered it. I can expect a longer wait around dinner time. But to give me a melted sundae and make me pay for it? Thats a little ridiculous. I mean. Make it when I pull up to the window. You have one job! So do it you idiots. I worked fast food. I know what its like. You people are just lazy slobs

I understand it was close to closing time but still ,,,anyways everything we ordered was cold I have a giant piece of fuzz or lint on my sandwich my two eight year olds couldnt use the restroom because a drug addict messed up the restroom not there fault but thats what they they told us just a horrible trip to this location,we didnt eat any of the food smh waste of money and food.

It would have been nice to be greeted and thanked . Most of the tables had crumbs all over wild front counter was just standing aroundperiod I had to ask the manager in the manager had to ask to clean the tables, working in the fast food industry.... Is completely unacceptable. Your restaurant should be clean at all times and you should be polite to your guests.

The worst Burger King I have ever been to. Bethann the so called manager was very rude. I have commented about this Burger King and still nothing changes. The cashiers never give receipts and when you have a problem with your food they want you to give them the receipt. I will not be back to this store and I will tell other people about this store.

Assistant manager cant speak English, and when I told them they messed up my order she told me to come back tomorrow with my receipt and she would fix it. After I told her everything got thrown out the window when I realized I didnt get what I ordered. Assistant manager then hung up on me. Who does that if they want returning customers!?!!?

Worst customer service ever!!! Workers are rude and our food was cold. Went there once before and they were out of tomatoes, onions and lettuce. How does that happen?! They could of at least went to Fred Meyers, which is in the same plaza and got some produce...

My man went thru the drive thru tonight and he orders a large fry and the 1.50 10 piece nuggets. I got 4 nuggets and a medium fry. And it was a cold. My host was Esmeralda and so either my order wasnt listened to properly or lack of caring about the customer.

this place is fantastic they have great service althoigh i live walking distance from this place so i gonna there on more than an occasion and the food is not fantastic it doesnt taste bad......its just a bit bland as all but im giving it a good rating

I didnt mind the food, but they got my order very wrong, I ordered 6 sandwiches and they only gave me 5, and charged me for 6, They also charged me for fries I didnt order and gave me zesty sauce instead of fry sauce. Very unsatisfied.

They get my orders wrong or they forgot to put one of my orders in the bag. Food not hot they dont smile and there not kids friendly. When your child wants to go play in the playroom they tell you its close.

Love the whoppers although they need to make them $1 like they used to be instead of $4+. Thats ridiculous. They also got rid of the peak white peach tea. Lame.
