I have been to this location several times. They used to play nasty rap music at the drive through window everyday. My child could hear every curse word from the back seat of my car! I dont want to hear Nicki Minaj talk about getting her "@$$ ate like a cupcake" with my wife and kids in the car at the drive through window. The kitchen usually looks disgusting through thise big windows along the drive through line. I am about 95% sure somebody spit on top of the ice in my soda about 6 months ago. That was my last straw with that place. I started coming here again within the last few weeks thinking it would be better. It wasnt. They still have the rap music sometimes, but a little lower volume than before. I went here last night, there were 2 cars at the window. Someone in the speaker says they will be with me in "one moment". About 5 minutes pass and still nothing. A car pulled in behind me and trapped me there. The car behind me backed out and left after 5 more minutes. Another car came. After another 5 minutes he starts reving his engine while staring and waving at the front of the store. He left about 2 minutes later. I heard some laughing come through the speaker. I pulled around to the front of the store and found the 2 employees smoking. I mentioned that they had ne sitting there for 20 minutes and the little punk chick said, " have a nice day! Goodbye!" I gave them a few words and left. I will never come back here! Horribly ran! I should have taken pictures of the spit i found in my drink, but i was so angry i just tossed it in the trash. I hate you guys. Everyone i know in the area avoids this place! I called this morning and spoke to someone that claims to be the manager. I dont think they care!

I am a regular at this building, and I always get the best customer service here. Whenever they see me, the team leaders always make extra sure that my food is still piping hot and fresh off the grill and/or out of the fryers. Some of the nicest people Ive met. Tonight, 8/17/14 approx 7:30, we went to the Graham Jack in the Box for dinner. We are only 4 miles from the store and it was convenient. We did not get a receipt and when we got home to eat, the sandwiches were cold and chewy as though it had sat for awhile. The fries also were cold and chewy. I have been to this store about 4 times before and something was always wrong. I made excuses thinking they were isolated incidents, well tonight was the last straw. I feel you need to know there is something very wrong with this shop, We called and spoke to a young fella who blamed the quality of the food on new vendors saying they have had a lot of complaints about the bread. I have had these same sandwiches at the store on South Hill and Puyallup, and have never been this disappointed. The South Hill store has been the best so far on service and product. I will not go the Graham store again. I just thought you should know that something is not right there.

Came in on a particularly busy night, the crew was clearly overworked and undermanned, but the behavior of the kitchen staff towards the drive thru teller was absolutely unacceptable. A mistake was made on the part of the teller but instead of handling the issue in a discreet, concise and professional manner, the rest of the crew began to scream at him, with the window open, until the point that the drive thru teller was absolutely broken down crying. The manner this mistake was handled is deplorable, and absolutely ruined the experience of my family at this location, and I wish to see action taken against the kitchen staff involved.

When we arrived it took forever for someone to take our order and there was a line of customers behind us. The bathroom was discussting with toilet seat covers shoved in the holder and the toilet paper was not even on the holder. I saw an employee drop two tacos on the floor and place them back on the counter top and then when he notices I was watching decided to throw them away. There is what looked like 2 month old spilled pop on the soda counters leaving them sticky like syrup. There was no napkins to be found anywhere. If I could Id give zero stars. The franchise owner needs to take a management class.

Frozen burger not even an using that losely, soaking wet gross burger with aour tomato and old pickles. I have eaten way worse in my life but this is by far appalling whwn it comes to fast food. Savw your money walk over to dollar tree across the street get a bottle of sunscreen and then you can experience the atrocity that i have witnessed. The purr disrespect that was displayed by the floor manager/lead angered me to no ends screaming at kids to leave as they had just entered, and to there own employees is ridiculous after this revoew im calling this in.

Wow. To start with, as my wife was ordering, she was cut off and rudely interrupted. She was ordering a chocolate milk shake and before she could get shake out of her mouth, sorry we dont carry chocolate milk any more. The drive through attendant (Daisy as the receipt said) was then rude after my wife said maybe if you would have let me finish. After we receive our order, a semi large one. We ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my 5 year old daughter and she bit into a jalapeno popper. Not fun for a 5 year old little girl. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place pisses me off! I ask for a burger combo with regular fries and a medium shake- they ask " small medium, or large?", I say medium. They ask "what size fries?", I say regular; "We dont have regular, we have medium or large", give me medium. "What size do you want your shake?" MEDIUM PLEASE!..."We dont have medium. We have regular or large". Just give me a damn shake! Receipt says: small burger, large fries, regular shake. $9.5? Yeah? And n/c for the spit and boogers, right? I will never go back. The food sucks anyway. .
