Usually 1 of my favorite taco bells to get food from. This is the first time I had a horrible experience with the staff. Not all staff is friendly or professional. Note for ppl spending over $20 with a debit card, must have ID with u. Per their policy, which is fine, as long as their staff can treat their customers professionally. Anyways, this brings me to the problem. I was told what was required, I pulled upto the window. The girl that took my order knew I was the customer with the debit card, instead of opening the window to ask what she can help with. She calls the management, as if I was hostile to her in any way to come n deal with me. Mind u, she didnt even open the window to let me know shes grabbing a manager. Instead I have to hear her over her headpiece calling for a manager. I didnt appreciate the tone or what she said to the manager. She made me felt like I was trying to give her problems, which wasnt the case. I wish I didnt have to call ppl out for being unprofessional. N hopefully this situation will teach her to be more professional in the future. I know this is just a fast food joint, but being professional is something the is expected of every profession!!

Youve not been to Taco Bell until youve visited this location. Their service is above excellent! Ive talked with several people that have visited this location and there us a unanimous opinion that the service soars at an exceptionally high level. Very unusual for "fast food" but they really display a genuine caring attitude toward the people that walk in their doors. Other places should take lessons from this location.

Typically friendly staff, night crew can sometimes be a bit out of it but thats understandable. Normally quick. They run out of tons of menu items very frequently. I cant think of one time in the past dozen or so times Ive visited that at least one item I order was out. Last time they were out of 2 of the 3 things I ordered and neglected to tell me until after I paid. Overall decent place though.

The food here has always been prepared well. The dine in option is probably the way to go unless you are in a hurry. The drive through can be a bit of a wait. The other day there was only one car ahead of us yet they didnt even take our order for about 5 minutes, while car after car piled up behind us. Aside from these moments you cant go wrong with a late night $5.00 box.

The absolute best service Ive ever gotten at a fast food place. Even if I didnt like the food, Id go back for the quick service and amazingly nice servers, not to mention that at Taco Bell you get more bang for your buck than other places. If you ever want a quick, inexpensive, filling lunch and friendly fast service, this is the place to go!

Out of BEEF, really? 90% of your menu is beef , and no deserts either, someone needs to teach these guys how to order, and if you are going to run out of supplies you should at least be apologetic about it, not a rude a-hole because you cant do your job correctly.
