I have been going to the Noodles & Company in the Pearl in Portland for a while as it is close to my school. My youngest daughter tried it once and has been hooked ever since. Id promised her a few days that Ill bring some home but I kept forgetting. Anyway last night we drove to the one on 192nd and were warmly welcomed especially by the manager. I place my order and realized I had left my debit card at the bank and I had no cash. I was panicking and he was so kind and said "well if you cant find it dinner is on me." I even chuckled thinking he was joking. I ran to my car hoping the card fell between the seats but it was nowhere to be found. I came back and our food was ready and he was ready to serve us, I apologized that i dont have money and cant pay and in the kindest way he told me no dinner is on me. I broke down crying, (granted Im 6 months pregnant) but i was so touched by this mans kindness. He could have easily made me feel even worse but he was so kind and I cant wait to come back and PAY to eat here. The food was packed up for us as requested and it was DELICIOUS!!!!

I am just finishing my second visit to this restaurant and I have to say I have received some of the best customer service I have ever received here. The food menu is great for those who love Italian and they have something for everyone. Vinnie who appears to be a potential owner of this location just by the way he took care of me and other guests while I was here in a similar fashion to some of the high end dining places Ive been. He checked on everyone in a very personable and polite way and made sure we where enjoying our visit. Its not very often you see individuals take pride and work hard in providing a great experience to customers. I will definitely visit this location again and recommend it to my friends to try!

My children and I love this place. The food is delicious and plentiful. We have yet to eat anything we didnt like. We love the food. I have only one complaint. I showed up after a very long day at work and it was 8:55, the doors were locked and it wasnt 9:00 oclock yet. Very frustrating to say that you are open until 9:00 and then close early. I even pointed out to the servers inside that it wasnt 9:00. They didnt care. This happened on June 9th.

Lots of healthy food options and great menu selection for the kids. Everything is fresh, food prepared in an open kitchen and even the cooler has a window so you can see there are no canned or processed foods being served. Weve found several items on the menu that we enjoy. As an added bonus, our (nearly) six year old LOVES to eat here and we know shes getting fresh, wholesome food.

We used to go to lunch at this facility at least twice a month. Today was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and when we asked to have it packed to go, the employee was rude and got annoyed. The food was dry and cold.

Dont get Thai. I thought basic chicken Thai noodles would be great here, but no. It was rice noodles with a tiny amount of flavor, and chicken thrown on top. Perhaps other pasta dishes are good, but if you want Thai noodles, go to an actual Thai restaurant.

Great food! I havent found one thing I dont like on they menu. Ive pretty much had everything. Quick too. Also they have one of those custom soda machines, mix and match! Cant say anything bad about this place.

Ive tried a few different kinds of noodles. So far the Japanese pan noodles are my favorite. Good flavor a little kick. The pot stickers are really good as well. My 10 year old swears by their spaghetti.

Great food and they serve tofu! Its prepared well. Hard to find a place that that knows how to cook a good tofu meal. Lots of healthy options here give it a shot!

Changed menu, took away the Indonesian peanut sauce. Which was my favorite. The fountain drink was flat, no taste. Very disappointed.
