Huge line in the drive through... Turns out they were waiting to take peoples orders, until the previous vehicle had paid - this is highly inconvenient for the customers, but it allows them to manipulate their speed numbers. Its not appropriate. Every other Taco Bell i have been to, allows me to substitute soft taco shells for the crunchy taco shells, in the box meals... this one allowed it, but charged me extra for them, unlike every other location. No napkins were given to us with the order. i doubt the person was trying to save a fraction of a penny on a napkin - it was just an inconsiderate oversight, as is common when customer service is secondary to quotas and efficiency stats. But, when considered together with the other failings, its also what earns a business low reviews. My advice is to avoid this location, and spend your money elsewhere.

Drive up at 6:58 knowing they dont open until 7 but the drive thru open sign is on so I go sit at the drive through until 7 with no answer. So I drive up to the window and look in. Finally see someone so I drive back to the drive through. Still no one there so I drive up to the window and knock a bunch of times. No one looks my way so I drive through the loop one more time same results only this time the lady at the window is trying to get her headset to sync. So rather than take my order there she makes me drive back through the drive through one more time. Then of course I dont get the receipt with my meal so I cant even tell Taco Bell about my experience. So you guys get to read it instead. JD

Love breakfast crunch wraps. Every time I come in the morning they have a girl who can hardly speak English ,why would they put her in drive threw! She couldnt understand my order. I had to repeat myself 4 times. All I was asking for was a cheesy roll up, she kept putting nachos supreme, Ive had her several times threw drive threw and every time she doesnt understand something, very frustrating! But food always good

The restaurant is poorly managed. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes with no one at the cash register. They then inform the line that they are no longer serving breakfast when it was 10:45, 15 minutes before the advertised ending at 11am. Plus not to mention they were very unfriendly.

Dont go here bunch of idiots who work there and run drive thru, got all my food look like they out half portions smallest burritos ever. Took her minutes to take a order and was rude as hell. I never leave reviews unless its really good or really bad and this place is completely trash!

Place was clean, empty due to the late hour, but, the food was obviously fresh. The hot foods were hotter than I have ever gotten at another Taco Bell, the cold foods were actually cold, and service was surprisingly fast. I had my order in under two minutes.

I enjoy the food and how its close to my place. But, the employees might take a while to get your food ready to give and the drive through people dont listen all the time and get your order wrong sometimes. Besides that the place is a solid 3 stars

!5 minutes to make three tacos, asked for my money back which was going to take an additional 15 minutes brought my food out in the meantime . IT MADE ME SICK!!!!! and I eat tacobell once a week. will not go to this location again

Combo Pizza Hut and Taco Bell... Which is great unless the pizza machine is broken, in which case its a prolly functioning Taco Bell. Had me park for five minutes, and then still missed several food items that I was charged for.

Drive thru was slow but its not the workers fault they only had 2 people working busting their butts off to get the order done, sad the management cuts hours to save labor late at night and makes everyones night worse.

This taco bell will serve on foot customers (the bums) at the drive through. Use extreme caution if youre in a vehicle behind one of these people to best avoid some sort of lawsuit scam.
