We reserved the banquet room three weeks ahead of time for our party. My wife and I went there to look at the room and confirmed the reservation. I called two days prior to confirm one last time. So what do you think happend... They had the room filled with people eating. They room eventually cleared except one table that they just sat in the room. I asked the owner if he was going to ask them to move to the main restaurant area and he said no. So I took it upon myself to ask them if they would be willing to move. While I do agree It was not my job too do this, I did it anyway because the owner refused to. The couple was happy to move and we even bought them each a drink for their troubles. The owner was very angry at me and insisted that I never made reservations. He called me a liar in front of my guest and even went out of his way to talk to one of my guest. He told them I was a liar and that I never made reseratios. I kept my cool and approach the owner after the event was over and all my guest were gone. I asked to see the reservation book. There was my name showing I booked the banquet room. I explained that we all make mistakes. So you think he would say sorry, right.... No sorry. He blamed me and and even went to say that just because I reserve the banquet room does not mean I get it. When my wife tried to calm the situation, he smirked and chuckled at her. This guy is a class A jerk. All he had to do was say Im sorry and lets make it rigth. Instead he wanted to insult me in front of my guest and to show no respect to my wife. We spent over $1,000 that night and he will never get another dime from me again.

Ive tried to like you... I really have. I gave you 5 chances (because the food is good), but every time I left angry and feeling stupid for giving you another chance. Heres the run-down. 1st visit: We (myself, husband and 2 kids) were seated, we were given our drinks and then... we were forgotten about. Forgotten for 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. Never got a drink refill or the chance to place our orders. 2nd visit: I must have been invisible that day. I walked in the front door and waited to be greeted and seated... several groups came in AFTER me and they were all greeted and seated within minutes while I stood there (apparently invisible). 3rd visit: A word of advice to everyone. NEVER order a blended margarita here. I am convinced there is not one drop of tequila in this blend. I dont drink much, so 2 large margaritas should have had me on my butt... but no... nothing... not even a minor buzz. 4th visit: Food was cold. Literally cold. I wonder how long it sat there before it was brought to us, it was again, a very long wait :( 5th visit: SUCCESS!! My husband and I came alone and we sat in the bar. The gal that waited on us was AMAZING. We love the food so it just sucks that the servers and everyone outside of the bar well... sucks. I guess from now on, should we visit again, itll have to be without the kids so we can sit in the bar for some decent service.

We were there on a Friday night, and by 9:00, the place was almost empty. Food was mediocre, drinks were not great and bartender didnt know how to mix the drinks on the menu and didnt have the ingredients to make some of them. In fact, the bartender and waitress spent more time hanging out with other people then behind the bar, which made ordering drinks awkward. It looks like the owners put some money into the place and it looks very nice. Unfortunately, it seems like the staff are really unmotivated to provide good, friendly service. The gal running the karaoke was great, but whomever set up the karaoke forgot to place any lighting on the singers. Whenever anyone sang, they were in a dark corner, making it hard to see them, let alone take a photo.

ok so the food is pretty decent but the service is a different story! My family has been ordering from here at least twice a month since they opened and my husband always orders the Chile Colorado. The portions have always been good but the one time we ordered two orders it was obvious that the split the quantity between the two orders. I called to complain and the manager seemed nice enough and said hed put my name "in the book" and that Id get a free order the next time I came in. When I called to place my order they told me that he wasnt there and that my name was not listed. The girl taking my order told me that she couldnt do anything about it and that I was wrong anyway.

Weve been going here for many years and have always found it to be fairly good. Lately though it seems like the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The Carne Asade plate is very expensive for what you actually get. It was two very small thin pieces of grisly flank steak with tons of rice and beans. I appreciate the flour tortillas and the guacamole and picadillo but the serving of meat was a little pathetic. I was disappointed in the meal and probably wont come back here if I have a choice.

Horrible service. We order drinks and appetizers that never came despite asking several times while waiting for our meals. Water glasses sat empty as well. My order was made incorrectly TWICE. The first time the waitress said she will “rush” reorder it…in which 30 minutes later everyone was done with their food…and when my finally came out it was the wrong order again. Staff never apologized and appeared not even aware of what was going one. The worst.

Best mexican food in 15 mile radius! Their buffet is awesome and the food is YUMM! Love the mexican coleslaw....delish!! Best thing on the menu as far as Im concered...Arroz Con Pollo....mmmm, craving it now! Service sometimes could be better, but its not terrible...and its only so-so on occasion. Not an ideal set up for wheelchairs or large groups unless you have the party room in back, but a group of 4-6 is pretty comfortable

Food was good. It was affordable. However, the service was not up to par. We were seated and given the chips and salsa. Our waiter did not come back to get our order for sometime. I actually thought they forgot that we were sitting there. The waiter finally came took our order, did not see him again until the food arrived and then he left and did not return until we went looking for the bill.

I knew this place was going to be great as soon as we sat down. They brought us fresh tortilla chips with 4 different types of salsa and bean dips, just at the warm up! The portions were generous and everything was delicious. Even our picky kids enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back.

The epitome of "hit or miss". You can either order something like the al pastor tacos and leave pleasantly surprised or you can order the ground beef enchilada and feel like you just paid $16 for Taco Bell. All around I felt the food was mediocre and expensive. Not a good combination...
