The food is good most of the time. However the attitude of the employees at this particular Chipotle is not welcoming or friendly. This is in comparison to other Chipotle restaurants in the area. For some reason, the Redwood City Chipotle employees all seem like they would rather have nobody buying their food or eating in the restaurant. I will make every effort to patronize the other Chipotle restaurants before coming to this one.

This location is terrible and keeps getting worse. The staff are always new and still being trained, the portion sizes are inconsistently small, they try to put the opposite of what you ask for in your dish (white or brown rice, black or pinto beans), no one can ever wrap a burrito without ripping it.

Great food as always from Chipotle. Portions were no bigger nor lesser than usual. They served us very close to closing time and thought nothing of it, almost like they didnt know what time they were closing. I had a Carnitas Burrito, wife had a Carnitas bowl.

I used to go here all the time for lunch until the e-coli outbreak... It was good and I never got sick, but Im hesitant to go back. Perhaps after some more time passes without incident. I do miss the guac.

Went to this chipotle at 8pm. They close at 10pm. They were completely out of guacamole, black beans, chicken, and steak. Unacceptable. We left.
