Im happy they finally got a chipotle in this area. A lot of the reviews Ive read have been negative. This is my second time at this location in two days. The first experience was great. Today, however, they were out of sour cream and guacamole. I didnt blame the employees as they said it was management and they had no control. When you only carry 15 ingredients and youre out of two of them i feel like someone needs to step their game up or get fired. A location should never be out of guac....unacceptable....its the only reason I come here.

Compared to other Chipotle locations, this one by far was inconsistent with their portions. A little lettuce on this taco, lots of hot sauce on this one, the wrong meat on this one, some guac here. Weve mostly all made tacos at home, right? It wasnt busy either and no rush, but I wont be coming back for a couple months at the very least. Come to think of it ... Ive never had portion control issues at any other visit to Chipotle.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Even when the place is packed the wait isnt long. My food allergies have never been a problem, the staff are well versed and take necessary precautions (gluten & corn allergies). The staff at this specific location are the reason I have become a loyal customer.

Solid Chipotle experience. Running short on brown rice when I was at the front of the line, they asked if Id like additional brown rice when I got to the checkout. Location is new and clean, the workers seemed happy, and food quality was consistent with other Chipotle locations.

Poorly managed. I understand it gets busy but everything was empty. No one knew what to do. All the tables were dirty. They didnt look under staff at all. Just very poorly organized. There wasnt even that many people in line and they couldnt even handle the little rush.

The place was so dirty, food, napkins, etc. all over the tables, benches, stools, floor in the eating area and behind the counter. Plus where they were preparing on the counters the area was not clean either, left and went to another one. Wont come back.

With this Chipotle, its hit or miss. Ordered on line and the food was great. Ordered in the store, and it was bland. Under-seasoned rice and overcooked chicken dont really mix. It was never crowded therefore the food may have been sitting.

Great food at a great price ... but theyre often out of the veggies (onions, green & red peppers), which makes the meal, to me. I love that they try to source locally, & attempt to be sustainable. Employees are usually really nice!

Only chipotle I have ever been too that is dirty slow and the food is always old. Everytime I come to this one they somehow mess up my orders its amazing. Please fix I love chipotle but usually drive to Bellevue location

Worst service in Bellevue. The staff thinks its halarios when I call them out for adding a fourth of a scoop of beans to my bowl rather than a full scoop because they were running low. Lots of confusion in that spot.
