This location serves okay food, but the people who work there... are almost ... disgusting. I know, strong word, but I dont know how else to put it. Its almost like theyre proud of it, and they look at you with an expression that is daring you to comment. Even the dudes wear heavy eye shadow. Lots of piercings, lots of smoking, lots of weed use... Lots of black. Its like they hired the Smoking Section of the local high school to come work there, only. I saw somebody who works there get out of his car, reeking of weed, go in the back door getting ready for work. Think I want him preparing my food? No way. I dont mind the dog-chow food (its good), but I want it prepared sort of in a clean environment. And the place really makes me think they dont give a hoot about cleanliness. Im not paying $8 for a bowl of e-coli. avoid.

Unfriendly staff, very loud music - hard to order food over it. They were out of half the drinks and some food items as well. I ordered a beer, and after I paid for it and after it was already opened, they told me that it had to be kept inside, so I didnt have it because my whole family was sitting at a table outside (could have told me before opening it). And finally, my daughters quesadilla meal was missing quesadilla. They made it later at my request, but no apology. Chipotle in Lynnwood seemed better.

The idea of the Chipotle is great. The food is great. The service is terrible, I got 3 bowls. The server only made 2 bowls. Then she messed up the orders, I ask for steak in 2 bowls and chicken in 1. But the server gave us 2 chicken bowls and 1 steak bowl. Also the salsas were messed up too. And this was the same mistake as the last time we went. And we were speaking quite loud,but the server still coundnt hear our orders. Overall it is a great spot to eat,however the service isnt quite there yet.

I go here because its close to home, but thats going to change. Im going to just skip chipotle going forward, I think. The staff isnt very good - ordering burritos for my fiancé and I, at least one of the burritos has a huge rip in it every time, and youre left with a burrito you need to eat with a knife and fork. Additionally, more than once at 8PM or so theyve been out of simple things like brown rice. Pretty much the worst chipotle Ive ever been to.

The food is standard chipotle fare, so no complaint there. Ive been in here four times the past five months and the staff is never as friendly and welcoming as I would like. They just want to get you through the line, even when not busy, and dont really have concern for your questions or comments. The manager here is always working top speed, and her haste can make you feel rushed out of the restaurant.

Horrible staff. I love Chipotle, but this place falls far from there standards. Food was bad, soda was out of carbonation, tables were dirty. I complained to Chipotle HQ and they have me some free meals...which doesnt solve the problem. Everyone Ive talked to around the area doesnt go to this Chipotle anymore.

Ive been driving to a chipotle out of town but now theres one in woodinville!! I went there a few days ago and it was Pretty busy, but the line was moving along quick enough. The employees arent expert wrappers but theyre new so thats fine. They would be wise to stock up on a few more jars of smoked chipotle

The staff is unfriendly, but not flat out rude. The portions continue to shrink, and as there is a qdoba a half mile down the street which does serve up correct and consistent portions, I will be going there instead. This used to be a reasonably priced lunch, with a nice environment. I hope that returns.

Worst location so far! Bonnie messed up my order and when I told her to remake it she gave me so much attitude I felt like I was ordering food from a prison. She threw everything on with so much anger. Never going back to this location!

Consistently good quality standard Chipotle fare. Staff is friendly, helpful, and generally awesome. Can be slammed around takeout time during the work week, but it is often not a challenge to find a place to sit and enjoy.

Great food for a very reasonable price. My favorite is a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, barbacoa, mild, medium and hot salsa, cheese and lettuce. Scoop it with chips. Delicious!

This location used to be a Taco del Mar. Had an enormous burrito there the other day. Fabulous meal, friendly staff, and fast. So glad I stopped in. Will return there regularly.
