Sorry i can only describe one bad experience. Went in on CHRISTMAS EVE. Before eating (had every intention to try it for lunch) I went over to bathroom to wash hands etc. sort of surprised some teenage girl working there followed me to door. Seeing it full i started to turn around but occupant came out i started to go in and she started yelling customers only (I am well groomed 62 yr old IT professional) I said i would be right out. Upon exiting she was still waiting by door and started customer only. I decided she was rude and just walked out. She followed screaming she would call the police and i laughed and said sure this will be a priority please call and wished her Merry Christmas. Sorry I will NEVER eat at an Ichis after that.

Just like Ichi 18, this new location is just as great! The teriyaki chicken & shrimp combo was great as normal and I was happy to hear we could sub out the rice for more salad. Not that the rice is bad, Im just on a diet... the caveman diet: where you eat everything a caveman would! I know what youre thinking, cavemen didnt eat Ichis teriyaki chicken, but thats their loss! I was happy to see this place had complimentary egg drop soup too (for dining in only though... something I didnt know). Ill be on the look out for Ichis 22; thats my lucky number!

Excellent food and not too expensive. The short ribs are amazing. So is the teriyaki chicken. I tried to add a photo but that feature isnt working on here.

Terrible!! I ordered a c-1 spicy and she refused... Said she cant make a combination spicy??? Why does it cost extra to make it spicy??

Quaint, locally-owned large-portion Chinese food. Service is quick and friendly. Solid location for lunch and takeout.
