I have been to a few of them. I cant eat hot or spicy things. I have watched the people that work in Subway only wear one glove when serving the items people want on their sandwich. When you handle hot peppers, onions then move on to another sandwich you take those flavors with you and now the next person is getting hot on their bread, once I saw a girl refilling the bends, the last thing she smashed down with her hand was the hot peppers, then she walked over and started restocking the cookie bin and guess which pear of cloves she was wearing, yes the same ones. Not good, please see if you can change that. You can make people very sick doing that. They also are not very clean, and people with colds should not work with or around food.

We were holding a public event order multiple trays of sandwiches. They were made wrong and did not make enough. So- rather than the clerk Kathy helping me with good customer service she debated and argued the complete time to prove a point. When I finally showed her my paper work and they were wrong she didnt care- still argued and even worse in front of a young gal they were training. Never once sorry for anything- Just Horrible Customer Service and they didnt even help carry the multiple trays out to my car a customer stepped out of there line to help me/ pathetic- will not use they services Ever Again!!

I have lived in Molalla for 20 years and never once had a good experience at this subway. Frankly I am tired of it, I spent over 40 minutes calling in an attempt to make an order over the phone. Finally I decided I was wasting my time and drove over. I spent another 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and even had the associate leave before finishing and than come back. By the time I got my food and drove home I realized the only sandwich I asked for toasted wasnt and the other sandwich was something completely different. If I could complain to a manager in person I would. NOT HAPPY

Wish I could give it a zero. This subway needs to be shut down. People have found bugs in the bread and now mold. Where does it end? The other night I ordered a sandwich and they made it wrong and it was too late to come back in. So the next night (last night) we said something and they gave me a free sandwich because of it. Well, it was worse. They didnt give me everything I asked for then when I went to pick some onions off since they gave me too many I found mold on the bread in multiple spots. I will NEVER be back.

Ordered online. Went to pick up and was told they werent open yet because someone didnt show up. Went back an hour later to be told the order never came through. I then went in because the info was on my phone, not my husbands. They finally found the order. While I was waiting for the order, I observed the manager go from ringing up an order to going straight back to making sandwiches with same gloves on! Dont think we will be going back there!

The sandwich was fine, but we had to wait in line for 50 minutes just to order. The store staff was busy helping all the cars in the drive-thru first and completely letting the more than 20 people in the lobby wait. If I was the owner/manager I would maybe think about that for second.....the people in your line waiting inside the restaurant have more time to complain and write negative reviews. :)

Horribly understaffed ive been here like 3 or 4 times and have to wait for like a hour because there is only one girl here and she has to do drive through And work the counter at the same time. I feel bad for her. This will be the last time i come here cause of this. There should always be 2 people working.

Took about 35 min from when we walked in to when we finally left. TERRIBLE customer service. Not very sanitary either, I watched one of the ladies that works there wipe her nose with her glove on and continud to make a sandwich. This is the worst subway Ive ever been to hands down.

Not even worth one star. The customer service is unbelievably horrible. I hadnt been in for a long time, and thought i would give it a try again, and it was a mistake. Really unfortunate this is the only sandwich place in town.

I felt like it wasnt the most sanitary of fast food places. Their service is pretty bad and they seen to be regularly short staffed. I like subway from time to time, but this one is pretty aweful. Poorly made sandwiches every time
