We came through at about ten pm on a weeknight, and ordered food for four people. Their drive through speaker was broken and a sign asked to order at the window. We knew it would take longer, but we are very relaxed customers and have always liked Jack, so we waited for four orders before us, and then made our order. The order for four people ended with a representative who I believe was a manager coming out of the back and angrily demanding (10 tacos? What the hell?!) Upset about the orders. I dont appreciate being made to feel that my paying you for your service and food is not only unappreciatef, but unwelcomed. I dont believe the treatment here is in line with company standards, and I have never received ruder treatment at another Jack in the Box in any state I have ever visited or lived in. If you do not wish to serve people, then close your store.

So about 3 weeks ago I was really hungry and decided to go get something to eat. Im on a budget and have to watch my money, so I was just going to get one thing. I ordered a chicken bowl. They guy in front of me in drive through took awhile, but I was patient. The employees were really nice and apologized for the delay. After waiting a bit at the window they told me they werent "set up" for the chicken bowls. They were going to refund me. I said Id just take a chicken sandwich. They gave me a chocolate shake while I waited. Then when they gave me my food they said for all the trouble they made it a meal, so I got 2 tacos, and curly fries too! I was so happy, I had been starving myself because its hard for me to make enough food to bring to work. That really made my day. Thank You!

It may be better during the day, but late night I have had horrible waiting times where there will be only four or five cars before me and yet I waited over 45 minutes after ordering to finally pay for and receive my order. And the peoples orders in front of me were only one bag of food so nothing extraordinary in my thinking to create such a back up. No explanation was given for the delay (i.e. short on staff, tech problem/machines down, etc.) nor any notice when I ordered as to the fact there would be a prolonged wait. I made a mental note not to have a midnight run at this branch anymore for that reason.

Food was entirely inedible. I tried to bite through my sandwich but the bread was dry and hard and wouldnt even tear off. I even tried to have my husband take a bite to experience the awful sandwich. He then showed me his burger which had the same issues. Our curly fried had a toxic chemical taste and aftertaste to them. This happened about 3 months ago, after going to a concert we stopped to get a late night snack since we had a long drive home. We threw everything away and will not be going back.

Increadibly slow drive through at lunch - assume short staffed, but spending 10 minutes+ in the drive through line to get ones food is NOT fast. Combined with the fact that they indicate on the window you can use NFC payment (applepay googlewallet) but they DONT actually have an NFC antenna/terminal available - false advertising and annoying. Typical food for the chain, but for the time and payment antiquity and misrepresentation, Its an avoid in 2016.

They took 20 mins to get my food out, not only that all my food was cold. If Im waiting 20mins than I would think that my food would be fresh and hot given theyre making a new batch since it took so long. Ontop of that I asked for curly fries and they gave me regular and my chicken strips are mostly bread. Jack in the Box has always had the best chicken strips and these arent them.

Weve been waiting for over 25 minutes and have not received our food yet. No word from staff that they are having problems in the back and it might be awhile. If they are taking a half an hour to get our food, they need to say so before we order. We would have gone somewhere else! Now they tell us theyre down to one fryer. So wheres the burgers? They can keep the fries!

Consistent mistakes made visit after visit. Today, i ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwhich. Nothing special. It came on sourdough but was wrapped as an ultimate breakfast (wrapper label showing said ultimate breakfast). This mistake is just today. Theres numerous mistakes of this type made all the time. A very poor experience over and over.

I ordered some of their new mini cookies. I could tell right away that they were burnt. Asked the guy working the drive through to get me some new cookies and he told me that they microwave them and they are supposed to smell like that and to not worry about it. So rude. Get back to work, they arent even edible. Horrible service.

Terrible staff. Its literally faster to drive all the way to the 148th location and get your food there than let this place slowly take your order, even more slowly cook it, and still sometimes get bits wrong. They sometimes try to cheat their time tracking by having you pull forward and back, or just waiting out front.

Could I make a small suggestion? I think that hiring someone to work the counter and take orders who doesnt sound like hes got his mouth full of cotton balls may be a thing to consider. This home skillet talks about as loud as a mouse in church and cant pronounce a word at that.

I enjoy Jack in the Box for fast food -- their Ultimate Cheeseburger with no sauce and no bun is great for someone on a low-carb diet -- but I try to avoid this location. Long wait times in the drive-through, order mistakes, and discourteous staff have turned me off.

They took forwver to come amd take our order, we stood at the register for 15 minutes before someone came up. And then the food was horrible. We got a chicken, guac and bacon meal and the chicken was terrible

This place has no customer service. I had to wait over 20 minutes in line and there were only 2 customers before me. I walked out when they ignored the customer in front of me.

Showed up to a supposedly 24 hour restaurant and the guy tells me to go away and that they open at 6. Lazy staff
