Okay, I love In N Out Burger. The food is amazing, with a simple, no-frills menu; the servers are courteous; the restaurants are very clean. Maybe it was just this night or maybe there are new people working, but this one only got 2/3 of these right. It was beyond a doubt, the filthiest In N Out Burger I had ever been to (5 years worth of good experiences). Which was a shock: I had been to this one before a few times and it was like the others that I had been to. The food was still good; just wish that I had taken it to go. The food was In N Out, the restaurant itself, felt more like a Burger King.

What can I say? Its an In-N-Out, so you know what to expect. The food is delicious and this location seemed to move a little faster (drive-thru) than other locations Ive visited. It couldve been the time of day that I visited, but there werent huge lines inside or for the drive-thru. They didnt give me my place-mat paper for eating it in the car, though, so managing the mess of animal-style was a little challenging. Next time Ill make sure I ask for one.

They have great food here and the staff is super friendly. The only issue I have here is that even in the middle of the day there is always a line. Plus, in order to get to the drive thru you have to drive all the way around the back and theres no sign so if you are driving down Middlefield Road how are you supposed to know you need to turn where the Carls Junior is to get to the drive thru. Its been that way since they opened.

Readily accessible location, generally clean, fast, and of course the totally acceptable In-N-Out standards. I skip the lengthy drive-through lane and go inside. It might or might not be faster (the drive-through is efficient) but the atmosphere inside is generally chill (even with some kids) and its nice to have a table, rather than a lap, off of which to eat my dripping Animal Style burger.

I love this location. They are fast and super clean. However I was able to order from the "secret" menu and stump the cashier. Also they are very stingy with the sauce packets and wouldnt give me more than one for my entire order despite that we had ordered 8 menu items. Oh well guess the counter person was just having a bad day.

I love In-N-Out Burger and this location is no different. It offers good quality and tasteful fast food. Their milk shakes are awesome and their burgers can not be beat in the fast food world. This location always seems to be busy as is usually the case with most In-N-Outs but the line moves fast and the wait is never too long.

Burgers were way over-salted and I think there may be something odd about the water in Redwood City; all the drinks, including the water, had this odd chemical flavor. Fries were good. I love In-N-Out, but this has been my worst experience with the chain so far.

Very easy to order, they only have 3 menus, 1, 2 & 3. Not in the menu board, but you can see them preparing are fries with sauce, finely chopped & poached onions and melted cheese. They are called animal fries. Shakes are super caloric but so good.

As far as In-N-Outs go, this one is very up there. Clean, not too busy, and great service. Very enjoyable experience, which isnt always the case with your typical In-N-Out (no offense). And of course, my double-double was exactly what I wanted. 5/5

The chain offers the best, healthiest fast food, is always clean, friendly and BUSY. This onbe is no different. It is significant that when folks from the mid west and east visit California, their first stop is at the rather fabled In-N-Out stores.

Very limited menu, but what they have is good. This is a simple burger, fries, and Cole kind of place. But if that is what you want then this is the ticket. I usually use the drive-thru and eat on the road. The fries are incredibly fresh and tasty.

A California burger chain with a short official menu, but longer "secret" menu. Burgers and shakes are great; fries are fresh, but leave something to be desired. Make anything "animal style" for an unhealthy, but delicious premium add-on.

Its In-N-Out. Its delicious. This particular In-N-Out shares a layout with about 30% of the Franchise. When I went, service was good, Turnaround times were acceptable, and the dining room was clean. Theres not much more you could want.

Always full but always good! Takes a bit long for a fast food, but the quality of the burgers is superior to those of other joints,and for a very fair price. Im not a fan of their fries but maybe should try the monster fries.

Clean location with fast and friendly service. Prices are cheap (from a NYers perspective). The strawberry milkshake was the best part of the meal. The location also includes some outdoor seating thats perfect for a great day!

A typical In-N-Out. Since there are only a handful of them in the bay area, avoid using the drive-thru unless you want to wait in an hour-long line of cars. Its deliciously worth it, though.
