Taco Time has excellent food, but this location has gone a bit downhill recently. Im not sure if theyre understaffed or what the problem is, but every time I come in its the same issue. Tables are dirty, seats are dirty. I have to clean up my own spot to sit down and enjoy my meal. The soda machines are the fancy new ones that give you a screen with tons of selections. However, the countertops are covered in soda, the floor is sticky, and it seems like one of them is perpetually out of ice. As a side note, I get a classic burrito meal about 20mins away for 2$ less. Prices here either went up or are higher than other places. I love the food (its ALWAYS on point) and the people working here are always super nice. But the actual physical restaurant is turning me off from coming back to this particular location.

Good food, customer service bad. The lady at the register couldnt comprehend my order, and stared at me with her mouth agape as i repeated myself 6x. The girl who brought our food nearly knocked over our drinks as she through the tray on the table and snatched our number away. She seemed generally annoyed she had to move and do her job. Before both employees on shift vanished into the back leaving other customers waiting. Before returning and avoiding the front counter for a few moments on their phones. And our food was cold cheese unmelted. A nice young male co worker remade our burritos.

This restaurant is the best fast food in Bellevue. The staff exemplifies good customer service. The fresh ingredients are a delicious change of pace from every other fast food chain and their greasy, tasteless menus. The dining area and the condiment bar are both kept meticulously clean, even during the lunch rush. The soda fountain is revolutionary in that it lets you pick from a very wide array of products and flavors. And finally, the promotional Free Mexi Fries Friday was a great idea that was not ruined by any kind of fine print. Well done, Taco Time.

Good organic and fresh fast food something many other fast food joints do not offer. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond this particular location gets very busy around lunch time due to the many skyscrapers within walking distance, and the staff always takes control and pushes through the lunch rush. With this said if you dont want a possible fifteen minute wait avoid going during the lunch rush even waiting till 1 pm can make a considerable difference in your wait time.

I like the food at this chain, and I dont go to them often, but when I do, its because I have a craving for a tostada salad bowl. Unfortunately, they also have a regular taco salad on their menu, and today the guy who took my order confused the word tostada for taco, despite my clear annunciation after seeing the two items right next to each other on the menu. The woman who brought out my food was taken aback and merely stammered that she didnt take my order.

Taco Time has 3 really great things going for it: theyre local, they make great fresh food, and they care about the environment. Not to mention the staff--no matter which store we go to--obvviously likea working there. Theyre always friendly and happy. Our FAVORITE fast food restaurant! We feel healthy eating here!

Honestly, Taco Time deserves 2 or 3 stars since they are wayyyy overpriced, BUT the staff at this particular location is great and the manager let me park for an hour while I had a meeting nearby. I bought food, but that took 10 min. I parked a good 75 min and no hassle.

Go here nearly every day for lunch. Crew is friendly, service is usually fast and never had a wrong order. Bathroom is a poorly lit dungeon though, and the drinks machine area often needs attention. Parking can be limited and the lot is a one way through path.

The only thing I dont like about this Taco Time is that they have no drive thru... They do however have one of those soda machines that let you choose a flavor or create your own by mixing... Service was great either way though

What kind of fast food place has no drive thru? Searched places with drive thrus specifically, found this location & it was the only one close. Didnt habe time to park and go in. Guess i dont get lunch today. Thanks taco time

Great spot for a quick working lunch. Their ingredients seem much fresher than some of the other usual Mexican chains. Taco Time also compost everything which is a huge plus as far as I am concerned.

Ordered a mini soft taco meal at 12:33 and am sitting here at 12:50 with nothing but the soda I got at the counter. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to wait for fast food.
