I have always liked Baja Fresh. At this location I orderd a Baja burrito which I was looking forward to. When I went to eat my burrito I saw that it was not Baja Burrito but a Ultimo Burrito. Simple mistake. But when I went to the counter and expained I recieved the wtong burrito the employee insisted that I ordered the Ultimo burrito. When I reassured her that I did not, she rolled her eyes at me, turned and aggressively threw the burrito in the trash. At that time I requested a refund since I was not going to trust this angry employee to prepare my food. Word of advice, when a customer says they recieved the wrong order, dont argue with them. Just smile and say "Im sorry about that sir, we will correct your order right away." The customer isnt always right, but the way employees respond to them must be.

This is wonderful salads there and burritos the best in the Bay Area that I have found in the Palo Alto area I highly recommend this area this restaurant is very good service and is very good food I love the freshness of the cell is Chris my favorite is the Baja Salad with shrimp in it as having a great place to eat and fun place to take your children unlimited drinks will stock salsa bar well stocked and clean place to go and have a good bite to eat highly recommended you wont be disappointed and the service is quick and fast

this place has really gone down hill in the last six months or so. they have either changed some of the recipes or just stopped taking enough care to make things the right way. the rice in specific is now really mushy and gross. the staff is not especially friendly and food takes a very long time to come out. its disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

My first time here very disappointing I was in a rush so I popped inside to order something quick. Nothing had flavor there was hardly any beans on my nachos and I got vegetarian nachos and the beans I did get head maybe salt only there these things called garlic and herbs theyve never heard of. Should have just got a bag of chips and the salsa. I ended up throwing away the food

Had a bad experience today when I tried to order take out on the phone. After waiting on hold for 5 min, started ordering and was told that they are busy and I need to hurry up with the order. The person taking the order was impatient, rude, and unpleasant. I called back and canceled the order. Disappointed with the service overall.

Didnt know a burrito could be this good. Ate the shrimp nacho burrito and it was incredible! $10 gets you a filling burrito with chips. Unfortunately, they ran out of shrimp a few days later (yes, it was so good I returned almost immediately!) but the fried fish didnt quite do it for me. Ill be back when shrimp are in stock!

I actually had a very tasty grilled fish burrito here, the wahoo Baja burrito. good salsa bar. Everything was clean and burrito was prepared super fast during lunch so I cant complain...a little pricey almost $10 for a burrito

The half dozen or so times that Ive been here, this location has consistently made very fresh, perfectly toasted burritos. Better than the Baja Fresh standard that I was used to.

I like that I can order black beans and whole wheat tortillas. The Mexicano is my favorite burrito and for salsas, its a toss up between the Verde and the fresca.

Just had their fish taco, and it was so bad, couldnt finish. Fish was freezer burned frozen. Having a gum now just to get that flavor out of my mouth. Eeew.
