Im new to the downtown Bellevue work environment and a co-worker recommended Pho Cyclo Café, I gave it a try and the food was excellent! I also met really great people.. I inadvertently left my hand bag at the restaurant, the following day I retraced my steps and the owners of the restaurant had placed it behind the counter. Honest, kind, wonderful people... plus a great place to eat!

Not a fan of Pho. BUT, a friend told me of some other options that they had. Their sandwiches are great, and priced quite well ($3.75). That wont fill you up, but pair it with a cyclo special and you get a spring roll and drink for $5.50. Tried the Rice entree today with beef, pork and shrimp. Priced more ($8.80), but very filling and tasty

This is my favorite Pho shop in the neighborhood. The broth is usually great, which is the hallmark of a good bowl of Pho, although I have to say that Ive had one or two servings that were inconsistent. The last one was very salty, which is why they get 4 stars overseas of 5.

The Food is robust with flavor, its in the midst of downtown business Bellevue...so parking is limited. Most people walk or park across the street, but dont park underground...a $5 pick up will also cost you $4-6 for parking!
