I went in to have dinner with my husband on my dinner break. We got two sandwiches, then decided we wanted a dessert after. The first transaction was great, the second not so much. I went to the counter asked for two of the chocolate bundt cakes which were marked $1.49. When being rung up the price came up $2.79 each. When I told the cashier that the little sign poking out of one of them said $1.49. Another employee that was off to the side, stated I was wrong, told the cashier I was wrong and then said they are $2.79. I pointed at the sign and then the employee who stated I was wrong, pulled the sign and said "Its not for those, its for other ones". There was a line of people behind me and the cakes were already packed , so I just paid for them. I then sent in feedback to only get a response from the manager stating that she was "Sorry I feel I was treated poorly". She also said they were a new establishment with new employees and they were trying to train them on proper responses to such situations. Really??!! Ok, so first its not how I feel I was treated, it WAS HOW I WAS TREATED! Next, no training in the world would change that attitude. It was quite embarrassing and the people directly behind me said that they felt the situation was "Horrible". The manager offered me a $5 off next purchase. I have to say it wasnt about the money at that point, or at this point. A"new" business looking to develop positive feedback in a location that has a lot of competition would have not only dealt with customers better but to have a Manager of the store basically say "Sorry you feel that way". Wow, just wow!!

Oh boy, can you say Super Hero’s! We just recently found this gem of a lunch, catering team and we are so delighted! Their preparation and organization of the fresh yummy foods make us look amazing to our guests! Today, we had a vendor wanting to do lunch for a meeting he was coming in for. Being from Florida he did not know where to go, so I suggested The Corner Bakery. Well, he finally got back to me an hour before the meeting. I was in a panic because my previous experiences with another local sandwich shop, whom shall remain nameless I thought I was going to have to do pizza or something super-fast and not so good. I gave catering at the Southcenter store a quick call, while holding my breath...“Jeff” was more than gracious and accommodating! Needless to say, Carlee arrived within minutes of when I was expecting her and the client was blown away!! Thank you Jeff, Carlee and team. You have true fans here at ASG!

While Ive hit this place up for all 3 day parts its typically breakfast I come here for. The service is fairly quick, which matches with its more fast-food dine-in experience (not so much a "cafe" in that sense.) The food is good and has yet to disappoint whether its a scramble, sandwich, or a plate of pasta. The coffee is standard diner fare, thankfully not muddy but nothing to get excited over. Overall, Corner Bakery Cafe is a good spot in Tukwila when you dont want to hit up one of the typical fast food joints or the Malls food court.

I give this place 5 stars! I had never heard of it before when my co-workers asked me to go with them to get a to-go order. I was impressed! I got the choose two and went with the pesto cavatappi pasta and the uptown turkey avocado. It was YUMMY and the servings were huge. I compared it to the you pick two at Panera and its A LOT cheaper and twice as much food at Corner Bakery. To top it all off, I got a bag of chips and a pickle which I was not expecting. LOVED this place, will be back, and they set the standard high.

Tyesha working lunch on Monday showed the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She came out behind the register to greet us. Asked if she could help with any items on the menu and was constantly doing something wether filling soda machine with ice, help running food, getting a menu or taking an order and she did it with a smile. This kind of service is why we always comeback. The food is pretty damn good also. :-)

Food is yummy. Great selection of goodies in the front case. However, they need to train more people to properly make coffee. Burnt mochas are not drinkable. Maybe just get drip coffee or something from the soda fountain. But the staff is very friendly and kind. They do get pretty busy on Saturday mornings so expect to wait a little bit. Or you can order online. Overall pretty happy with this place.

I gave 3 stars only because of the bread at this place #Amazing. I am a bread Lover!!! It was my first visit today, I ordered an chicken pesto sandwich and a ceaser salad. I didnt enjoy the sandwich, there was a strange tasting vinaigrette on the sandwich . I couldnt even finish it!! The salad was ok, it was skimpy with an abundance of crutons. I will give them a second chance and order breakfast...

Went in today and ordered a sandwich and salad to go. Not only did it take 20 minutes waiting for the food but when I finally opened the bag with the food in it there was no fork for the salad and my sandwich had a black hair. Considering Im blonde I know for a fact its not mine. Horrible. Will never go again. Especially because my order was over $20. Yeah, $20 for a hair on my sandwich. Disgusting.

Didnt know this was a little chain. But was pleasantly surprised. Had the Chicken Carbonara and that blew me away. Im never a huge fan of chicken but I love carbonara so I decided to give it a try. Im so glad I did. The chicken was juicy and complimented the dish very nicely. Carbonara tasted great in general. Will definitely be back.

Food is average. Not bad, nothing special. They can make espresso, but I wasnt particularly impressed with how my latte turned out. They do however have a large selection of drip coffee options and add-in flavors. I would go back if nothing in the area was open, but my overall experience here was very "meh."

Decent service. Food is not fresh. The fruit is very sour and syrupy. The chicken noodle soup tasted old. The breakfast sandwich was ok very greasy and small all of this for 15 bucks. Will not cone back definitely going to Panera. They brought me out dirty silverware to start =/

Edit: lately Ive been getting the Spinach Sweet Crisp Salad w/ added chicken. This is a staple you must try! My Sriracha Black Bean soup tasted great and I loved the fresh tomato and bacon on my Uptown Turkey Avocado. The food is so great here!

My food was delicious and I even heard my grandma say that it tastes like something that came out of her own kitchen. My cinnamon roll tasted even better than Cinnabon! The customer service was great and I decinetly will remember this place.

Corner Bakery was born in SoCal so we we happy to find this newly opened store when we moved here from San Diego. If you are unfamiliar, think Panera Bread, but MUCH better. Great sandwiches and baked goods. Be sure to try the chili!
