I spent many days over many years skating and watching my brother play at this ice skating rink. But it has very much changed and has lost its shine. I will not be returning despite all of the history I have there. Recently, 10 of my friends and I decided to pull our money together and go ice skating so we can get the $1 discount. After we payed and got stamped one of my friends had forgotten to lock the doors. So before he had even gotten his skates and steps onto the ice, he quickly left the rink to lock his doors. Upon returning he had to pay an extra $5 fee because he left for no more than three minutes to lock his doors. How ridiculous?! $5 is nearly half of the regular entry fee! I have been attending this rink since I was a child and have never experienced anything like this! Later we called and asked about the situation to find out about the fee and why we were charged. They claim that they do not have enough staff to keep the criminal activity that happens in the rink (underage drinking in parking lots, etc) under control. So they believe this extra charge will help, but, it is easy to get back in through their cafe without going through the regular entrance, ultimately destroying their intentions and forcing the honest people to pay the extra fee. They also claim that they tell everyone about it when they first check in. We were not told of this hidden fee when we bought our tickets so we were very much unaware of this and shocked when it happened. This rink is not family friendly. Ive been coming here because we didnt know of other options. Criminal activity happens in the rink/parking lot and they dont have enough staff, everything is priced extremely high and the water fountain barely trickles out any water, the music is hard rock and its near impossible to hear anyone talk(so dont expect any music that has been played on the radio) and it is poorly maintained. I highly suggest you go to Sno-King ice rink, for it is in a better and safer location, prices are cheaper, and the environment is much more cheerful and friendlier.

They had a large group on friday afternoon it turned out to be a school funcion. The teens where pretty wild and jumping and messing around. Inhad 3 smaller kids and we endedbup leaving early bc one teen would always fall in front of my 3 year old ( while pushing around with his friends) the "officers" never did anything about it. :( sad i want mybkids to have the same chance to love the ice like i did

$ 8 for entry fee, and they are not so clean, I also noticed about the water problem. If you want to drink water, you dont have any luck from tap water, you have to buy water bottle. and if you want to use restroom, you have to go up stare with your skate shoes on,....I think they should build restroom and drinking water system on the same floor.

Very poor ice maintenance here! The ice is so thin that you can feel the coil spacing while skating! They need to make their ice thicker. Overpriced public session and no option for monthly passes or discount punch cards. Their ice manager needs to be replaced!

We used the batting cages to practice softball. They also have food and beer upstairs in the restaurant. The ice rink has plenty of seating around it. The batting cages are nice. The cages have both baseball and softball pitching arms.

Fun for the family great food even tho the price is on the high side, but theyre still worth it. The cafe staff was swamped today and seemed sort staffed but they still pulled it together. Keep up the amazing work!

The ice skating ring is well maintained and frequently re-polished. Unfortunately, that means frequent interruptions during skating session. The food tasted great but the prices are relatively high.

Awful experience, the skates were extremely poor and caused foot pain.. after fifteen minutes of agony. We decided to leave and ask for a refund. They denied and told us it was our problem.

I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped us yesterday, but he gave the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The friendliness, genuineness, and so very extremely helpful.

Ice skates is ok. I had to get a smaller size. The quality is not as great as the Lynnwood ice skates. How the lights are fun and the songs were mostly trending pop music. I had fun.

We played mini golf. The course doesnt have cutesy things but does have some challenges. Mostly it was great for some quality family time with fun and friendly laughs.

Good time taking my friend to learn to skate. Rentals are not in very good condition and lessons are a bit spendy but ice is ice and this place never gets THAT busy.

Cafe has a good view of the ice. Not a lot of netting to obstruct views. Concrete bleachers are a bit cold, be sure to bring something to sit on.

Theyd get 5 stars if they had a water fountain that is accessible when wearing skates. Bring a water bottle if youre planning to break a sweat.

The workers there are nosy and very rude! plus if you enter and come back outside and try to come back in you must pay five dollars $$

A surprisingly large arena, built in the old school style. Their arcade machines are vintage.
