Margarita was great. Meal was decent until I found a HAIR in it. One of the servers took it back immediately and came back out and told me that another would be made; boxed that up when it came out. I assumed that because I was a customer that found a hair in my food, the meal would therefore be free. Is that shallow of me? Anyways when our server brought our tickets out, she told me that mine would be free and then gave me a bill anyway. I asked her about it and then she got the manager. The manager said to me that "the HAIR did not come from my kitchen", in other words, it was not his problem and that since they made another one they had to charge me.( I do not feel like that was great customer service. Regardless of how he felt or not, there was a HAIR in my food.) He then told me that the best he could do was take half off, I said that was fine. The bill came back and was not half off like he originally said. I spoke with him about my issue and he seemed as if he really did not care and that again, it was not his problem. He even told me that the HAIR matched the people I was sitting around. WHAT! Having previous experience in the restaurant business, I know that if a guest finds a hair in their ! food (regardless if you think it was from your crew or not) it should be taken seriously because you want your guests to return to the restaurant. In my opinion, the situation was not handled properly and therefore, I will not be returning, BUT great margaritas!

- Overall: (Yorktown) Poor service even though only 3 tables in the entire place were occupied; young waitress seemed like she wanted to be somehwere else and probably should have been; lets just say "unpleasantness" suited her. - Highlight: The cashier felt the need to lecture me on the proper use of their coupon; apparently I had not followed the appropriate process. He also felt he needed to rudely speak to the cashier in Spanish- wrongly assuming I didnt understand Spanish. Based upon his customer relations skills, he probably should have joined the waitress in the kitchen or perhaps busing tables. In the end I mentioned that it would be a good idea to state the coupon process clearly on the coupon so no further lectures would be needed. - Avoid this restaurant unless you prefer poor service and being lectured on coupon etiquette. But, I guess if you dont use a coupon you might be treated better.

When we first got in we had to wait for them to clean a table even though they really werent busy. Where they sat us first at was really hot, no big deal... They cant always control that so fine. Happy as a clam until they brought out the kids drinks. Two glasses filled with visibly curdled milk, no thank you. Starting to question their food storage practices. So they were nice enough to move us to a cooler spot in the restaurant and bring the kids water instead. We ordered and got our food and mine wasnt what we ordered but by the time it got to me there were two employees literally just staring at our family from the doorway for so long, and continued for the rest of the meal, that I didnt feel comfortable sending it back. Not a place Ill be going back to any time soon.

On our way back home from Williamsburg and stopped at this restaurant for dinner. We love mexican food and have travelled to many different areas in Mexico so we know authentic. This is probably the most authentic I have had in the states, and we have found our new lunch spot for our trips to Busch Gardens. I had the chuletas and my husband had the Pollo con chorizo and they were both fantastic!

The cab driver recommended 3 Amigos over the chain restaurants near my hotel. I walked over and was very happy with the food, the service, and the prices. It was a weekday evening, so Im not sure if there were happy hour specials going on. I got more food than I could eat and a large beer (liter-sized) for $16. That cant be beat. Take Adinas advice, the pollo monterrey is delicious.

Food was good. I ordered arroz con pollo. There was more chicken with not much rice and barely any of the cheese sauce I paid extra for. I was not impressed with the customer service. I was not asked how everything was and had to wait 10 min for the waiter to stop and ask if I was ready for my check after he walked by around 10 times stopping at everyones table but mine.

We have always loved this place but today we found a chicken bone in our lunch and told the server and she seemed to think it was no big deal! I talked to the manager and he to seemed to think it was not a big deal! Our waitress was one of the worse ones we have ever had! Very disappointed! They told us they would talk to the kitchen staff! Not even a Iam so sorry! ☹☹☹

Nasty overpriced rice and beans. Never get take out at the one on Rt 17. I had salsa missing that comes with the meal and got a small salsa that I paid extra for a large. There was no cheese in the Chili Relano just some dough and a pepper. That place is VERY dissappointing!! Im done with them already and they just opened a few months ago.

Oct 2016 - terrible service from a rude waiter who dumped food on us, argued about food order and literally got both my drink and food order incorrect. Spoke to the manager who was not very sympathetic and just told us to come back and try them again. Why? I will not ever be back! They clearly do not care about customer service.

I have been here twice and both times it has been pretty good. Not spectacular - but decent traditional Mexican food. I have tried most the mexican places on the penninsula and so far this is my favorite. It has a nice atmosphere inside and the service is pretty good too.

Food was way to salty. Taco salad had a think layer of greese and water from beef so it was soggy. Husband and I felt sick after eating. Service was good. But we wont be back. The food was just way too off.

Excellent food and service and I could actually hear to have a conversation with my husband. Plaza is good but way to oooo noisy to enjoy. This place is quiet and clean, not to mention the tasty food.

The Pollo Monterey is FANTASTIC! Just made another reservation for tonight to take all of my friends out there. Prices are tons better than plaza and the food is consistently good.

Excellent service. Generous portions and very tasty. The background music is pleasant and the decor is really refreshing...a lot of a nice green and neutrals. Nice atmosphere.
