We were so hungry, and my wife googled it Latin Restaurant near by and then, it showed up this restaurant. She told me ohh this place has some better rating 4 stars. Well, finally we got to the restaurant, and the guy "server" looks so weird like high-per. Later on we decided to order our food one of the choice was sea food. The food looks good, but then it tasted so horrible. And also didnt have side order like tortillas and sour cream. We have to ask them to bring. Finally, we end up ordering for... my Lomo Saltado and it was another problem that food was cold. Now, I understand why this Restaurante has more than 4 stars, because 80% of the customers are not Latinos. A real latino knows about good food. I asked a lady (waiters) why all these food is a mess? She said ohh maybe you guys see a different because we are more Mexican and thats why the Lomo Saltado is like that. Because we cooked as a Mexican Style hello! no matter what country you are from, if the restaurant have the food on the menu, this mean that they have professional chef, and it doesnt have to be a Peruvian chef in order to cook a real Lomo Saltado. I am not from Italy and I can cook delicious pasta

My husband and I heard about Sin Fronteras through some friends. We previously lived in College Park, MD where it was easy to find Mexican restaurants that served fresh, authentic Mexican food (or more like El Salvadorian). Sin Fronteras was as good, if not better, than any of these restaurants. I ordered a shrimp and tomato dish, and my fiance ordered the chile relleno. The portions were generous. Nothing was over-cheesed or over-sauced, which happens all too often at Mexican restaurant chains. Everything tasted excellent. We also started with guacamole, which was clearly whipped up shortly after we ordered it. In addition to having great food, Sin Fronteras also has great service. The owner came around to each table to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Its easy to pass by Sin Fronteras, as its located in a small strip mall on Forest Drive. As another commenter mentioned, dont let the location discourage you! Theres plenty of parking. We will definitely come back!

Shares a building with a liquor store. Building in desparate need of a face lift. Upon entry we were greeted with a lively atmosphere, colorful decor and a friendly staff. We arrived around 5PM on a Saturday and were seated immediately. Menu is impressive with a wide variety of Latin items. House margharita tasted primarily of lime mixer...could not really taste the tequila. Would not order again especially at $10. Beer (bottles only / $4.50) is served ice cold. Our server did not ask if we wanted a mug or glass. Cuban sandwich (Miami style) is as far from a Cuban sandwich as Annapolis is from Miami. Ham was a thick slice of ham steak you get at the grocery store. Will not order again. Carne En Nogada was delicious. Small portion though for the $15 price. Enchalidas with tomatillo sause were delicious. Again, portion needs to be bigger for $13. Well be back for another try some time this summer. The owners need to try the other margharitas around town to see that their competition is ahead.

We have been going to Sin Fonteras since they opened. This is authentic Mexican and Central American food at really reasonable prices. Its our go to place. However, our last experience was not great. We had a long wait to have a server take our order. I asked for extra salsa for my meal 3 times. When it finally arrived I was done with my meal. My husband did not get the tortillas that were supposed to come with his meal. Our server just seemed unorganized. The portions, at least with my meal, seemed smaller than on previous occasions. This is something I order a lot so it was noticeable. Note that the resturant when it is crowded is very noisy. They have tried to do some abatement, but it was uncomfortably noisy when we where there. All this being said, this is still my go to for authentic food. Maybe we just hit a bad night.

Sin Fronteras is on of my favorite restaurants in Annapolis! It may not look like much at first glance, but I have been there about a dozen times and they are great! The owners are always there and treat you like family. They come around and talk to you and even serve you. They remember me and my boyfriend every time we go there. The food is always delicious and fresh! They have the best margaritas in Annapolis in my opinion... and the best Guacamole too! The service is great. There are one or two servers that are always there and they know you when you come in more than once. It can get a little loud when its crowded, but hey! its a Latin restaurant. That is the culture. The food is way beyond the price. Its a local favorite!

we got there at 9pm on a Fri night which must have been close to closing. They sat us took our order then proceeded to turn off the open sign and bring out the mop bucket and start cleaning while the inside and outside of the restaurant were still full. Then they turned the lights up while the kitchen staff put soccer on the tvs and would let off a high pitch and loud whistle to get people to leave. The whistle was at commercials and Not even during the game to annoy people and get them out . If you didnt want us in the restaurant you shouldnt have sat us.. food was good though how hard is it to cook tacos and a burrito..

very pleased at the food, and the service. Tomatillo sauce yes, over chorizo stuffed enchiladas! Wife had chicharron con tomillo salsa, also excellent. And margaritas quite good. Our waitress was as good at English as we are at Spanish (which is to say neither of us ) but she was prompt, pleasant and effective. Owner brought out a complementary flan which we needed like a hole in the head, but it was tasty, and the owner was friendly if a little too frequently stopping by. but, thats better than unfriendly or indifferent by a long shot.

The ambiance is good, and the volume of the music is loud enough to enjoy it but low enough to be able to have a conversation without screaming. The waiting time is a little slow once you order. We ordered our drinks and its been 5 minutes so far...for 2 beers and a lemonade. The food came out before our drinks. The food is awesome but the customer service and organization is lacking. Its obvious the lack of organization as the waitresses walk up to the wrong tables with the wrong food or wrong drinks. I might come back again.

Best chicken soup! My mom and I went for lunch this afternoon and were the only ones in the restaurant. We had the guacamole which was full of flavor. My mom ordered the Cuban sandwich which she enjoyed. I ordered the chicken soup and it was filled with vegetables and large pieces of chicken in a flavorful broth. It was perfect for an unseasonably chilly day. The owner was very attentive and even sent us home with a complimentary flan! Looking forward to going back for dinner and margaritas!
