I dont even leave google reviews but this place is so bad I needed to leave one anyway!Dont go to the Hartford road chipotle but instead go to the Towson or golden ring one,they may have longer lines but believe me you will be out quicker!!! 3 people in line and I stood there for over 13 mins (literally timed it because I was curious how long it would take for them to make a few burritos),its like how can it take that long to get your food with only 3 people in line? The people making your food have the look on there face as if they dont even know what a burrito is also the one girl (the only person who seemed to give a damn) had to ask 3 times for the one cook to start making chicken when it was slow(literally saying "can we please start on the chicken or we are going to run out"!!!! I go here ever so often and get so disappointed that I just stop going altogether or just got to the Towson one.But after this Im better off just going to the Towson one,it maybe not as close and the line might be longer but I bet you Ill be home sooner eating my food!

This store has only been open for about a month. Ive been 2 times so far. Both times they seem to have a hard time keeping the containers with food in them. Also, they ran out of vinaigrette dressing and didnt have any in the building.
