Just went to this particular Plaza last week and, while I would have preferred Juans, it overall met my expectations pretty well for a Plaza being a Plaza. For a table of 7 got all of the food out at the same time, but keeping track of who gets what drink was a little chaotic. Two sets of chips were also pretty crispy burnt, and the staff didnt offer to provide more salsa for dipping after they all quickly ran out. Tables and glasses were pretty sticky for some reason too. While my enchiladas were decently good (despite being somewhat dry chicken) with a generous portion of everything, 1/3rd of my friends pork carnitas were just bulky fat. But hey, its a chain Mexican restaurant so its all around on par for the chain.

This is my favorite restaurant and has in my humble opinion the best queso hands down. Unless you have a huge party you will find yourself seated quickly or able to go to the bar. The staff is friendly and prompt just like the arrival of your food from their extensive menu covering burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and other Tex Mex fare. Their drink menu is also robust for a chain. I highly recommend Plaza if youre in the mood for Hispanic food.

My order was wrong. My husband ordered vegetarian bean burrito which was nothing more than canned refried beans in a soft taco smothered in cheese sauce. No sides like rice or guacamole were included. My plate (when the right order finally came out) had a large chip broken off the corner-very unappetizing and disappointing. Too much money for the quality of the meal-would have enjoyed Taco Bell more...

If you go around lunchtime, and youre wanting to use the lunchtime prices make sure you tell them if you dont they will charge you dinner prices all the time but other than that we do enjoy the place just because its lunch time they will not assume youre wanting the lunch size or the lunch price

The restaurant looks very clean, and has a casual and friendly environment; music was not too loud. Service was real fast. From ordering the food till they brought it took about 8 minutes. Staff is nice and friedly. Food is okay, but they serve smaller portions. Overall is okay.

Regular margaritas on the rocks was horrible. Tasted like very cheap margarita mix. Chicken in the burritos and enchiladas were very dry. White sauce dip for chips is not that good either. Not sure why so many people like this place.

While I enjoyed my meal, I suffered from food poisoning after eating here. Ive always loved the food and service at the other locations. However, I wouldnt recommend eating at the yorktown location.

The lunch time fajitas portion was a little smaller than expected and a little over cooked. The salsa had a nice heat, the white sauce was a little strong, and the cheese dip was really good
