The first time I came here (7/1/16) I got great service (thanks, Omar!) so I was excited to come back. I came back two days later and that shouldve been the last time. Upon sitting at our table, I noticed that our server was very talkative with her coworkers.. this excited me as I like open people... I figured this woman is comfortable and knows how to balance work and play... Wrong. She asked for our drinks and offered a lemon for our water.. we said yes and that never came. As a former server, this is a no-no. do not offer things just to "seem nice" and not follow through. I quickly learned that she does this often as SHE suggested many things and just never came through with them (drinks, straws, napkins, lemon, boxes, bags.) I couldnt believe it. my plate had jalapenos and without a drink in sight, I resorted to drinking my daughters juice... I shouldnt have had to do that. I am paying for a drink arent I? (we all got lemonades as well) Guess what she was doing... running her mouth with her coworkers. joking, laughing, cussing. the whole 9. I went back on the 11th, unfortunately, got the same server, and got the same EXACT treatment (down to the "broken promises"). I wont risk having her serve me again.. (shes the young skinny blonde with short hair (shoulder length))

The staff at this location is quite frankly incompetent. A friend and I visited last night to get drinks and appetizers at the bar and had a lot of issues unfortunately: - When we arrived all of the empty tables were dirty and had trash/food/silverware/etc. We sat down in one assuming they would clean it when they came over to take our orders but it took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge us and they still didnt clean the table off until we specifically asked. - After ordering two drinks to start, it took about another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. All we ordered was wine and Sangria, and they werent super busy either (maybe 50% full?). Plus they had at least 4 servers that I counted for a somewhat small bar area. - In addition to my drink I also asked for a glass of water with no ice, and my server brought me one full of ice. After asking nicely if my server could bring me another one with no ice, she AGAIN brought a glass of water with ice. - Trying to pay the bill took forever and the server was nowhere to be seen. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

The food was fine, however, the service was substandard. We went to eat in the middle of the week, and waited to be greated and seated (note multiple staff walked by while we waited & it wasnt busy). When we placed our order, my husbands came out fine, but mine was not even close to being what I ordered. ONE item was correct, when I sent it back, I got part of my meal, missing the beef brisket. When the waitress brought out my "brisket"(the second time) ... it was a chicken breast. Had to send it back again. Finally got the brisket. Never saw a manager, nor was any offer made to compensate for this very poor service. When we left, no one even said thank you for coming.... If they treat all their customers this way, they wont have them for long.

Will never go there again. We went with a large group, and called ahead to give them 2 hours notice since they didnt take reservations. We got one waitress that took our drink orders after we sat there for 30 min... Then she disappeared for 30 minutes. After we hunted down a manager, a different waitress appeared to deliver some of our drinks. Since she didnt take the order, many of them were wrong. We ordered our food as soon as we could but it still took another hour to receive our food. The managers solution to the horrible experience was to give us free dessert. After sitting there for 2.5 hours, you really think we want free dessert and sit there longer in that place. I will never recommend or go to a Smoky Bones.

I honestly have never written a review on a restaurant before, but I had to on this one. We stopped here with our two daughters on a Thursday evening. It took over 30 mins to be seated, even though there were empty tables. It then took another 30 mins to get our food. While we were waiting at our table, my husband noticed A LOT of ants crawling on the wall of our booth and the edge of the table. We asked to be moved to another table & the waitress did move us. Once our food arrived, I noticed that there was a bug in my drink as well. AFTER Id already been drinking it! I like Smokey Bones, but we will never return to this particular location. It is disgusting & we are very disappointed.

Terrible Experience. Staff is unprofessional and unorganized. After a long wait, it took 30 minutes to get a menu and then nobody ever came back. Everyone I asked for assistance said I was not "their table" and the server would be right over. Many tables sat empty and un-cleaned while many people waited out front for tables. Dont know who manages this store but it is the worst I have seen...also kept serving a table of people who had too much to drink. One gentlemen could barely remain in his seat...clearly not a family restaurant. We left after 45 minutes without any service, menus or even a glass of water.

Its a nice place to eat and drink beer, but dont go near the closing time: They take your drinks away (it doesnt matter if u havent finished or not)and kick you off in the cold (very cold) weather, even if u are standing at their door trying to explain u are only waiting for uber to pick u up.We said " but its cold,were just waiting the uber to come,well freeze!" ( we didnt have any coat) The guy said:" My manager said u guys have to leave!"...( They were still cleaning and organizing) This is disrespectful and definitely not nice!You must learn how to treat your customers,ok? Ill never come back there!

I was driving down the road looked over and saw smoky bones, got curious and was hoping it was some good barbecue. Boy was I surprised, it was great barbecue! Not only that but they also have fried green tomatoes. For those of you that know what it is you know what it is. Our server Carolyn, was absolutely amazing. Incredibly attentive, very professional, and thorough. It was incredibly busy out there as well and she still manage to take care of us perfectly on time, so if you get a chance I definitely recommend you ask her. Overall this place was awesome, i will definitely be coming back

The atmosphere is fine...the food is priced decent especially the drink specials and late night menu, however my friends and I have been getting poor service as of late. Just last night my friends credit card was over charged by $50 and the waiter took the other guests cash which means that more money was stolen. When I called to rectify the situation the manager put the waiter on the phone...Isnt that a situation that needs to be handled by the manager? This situation still isnt handled I doubt well be returning unless we pay cash only, NEVER AGAIN!
